The size of the room, it was very spacious and the interior design is nice.

There was not any drinking water in the room. The blinds are hard to close fully in order to keep out the light in the morning.

The location was perfect, extremely easy to get around and use transit. Loved that it's like a little flat with all "home" type amenities including a kitchenette and sitting area, nice and spacious! Also LOVED the staircase!

I actually walked right by the entrance and had to backtrack. The entrance is kind of in a laneway, easy to miss!! The room was also dark. There is no overhead light in the room; there is a lamp in the sitting area (away from the bed) and bedside lights, but not enough light for the room (for me). This was more of an issue when it wasn't sunny or in the evenings.

Room was just perfect for a couple, Ned was very comfortable and full equipped kitchen that help us to save some money eating out. Just 4 minutes walk to main tran station and express busses going to airport every 15 mins was a plus. Close to all main sites. Plenty of places to eat as well supermarket to buy groceries.

The tedious and invasive way to ask for personal information at on poin I received an email stating that if I did not pre check in with credit card and picture ID my reservation was going to be canceled even though I when through that process through booking and already paid in full good money for this room. I was only a day away from reservation and was scared I wasn't able to get the room I reserved three months prior. That was unnecessary step. I was even afraid this was a scam to steal my personal information, but it turned out fine, I guess, hope...

The location is fantastic!! Right in the middle of the city and so close to all of the key landmarks. The customer service was excellent, and check in was so easy. The rooms themselves were modern, comfortable and spacious. They were well equipped and perfect for a weekend away.

If you are looking for a peaceful nights sleep with no noise, you might want to ask for a room not on the street. It was very loud as it was right in the middle of the city. Although this did not bother us, we know that other people would be. The only thing that could be improved was to have some privacy curtains in the room. The buildings are high and close together, we could see into the church across the way and they could see us!

We loved the location-blocks from Grand Central train station, Belfast City Hall, Donegall Square for tour pick-up, around the corner from The Crowne(iconic pub) and blocks from several others worth experiencing ( Robinsons, Whites, Kelly's Cellars, Maddens), close to Cathedral Quarter, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe, city is clean and very walkable. The people of Belfast are super friendly. The Flint staff easy to communicate with through the booking app. Staff friendly, helpful and always available at the desk. Room was spacious with a mini kitchenette and refrigerator. Bathroom and shower spacious.

We weren't prepared for everything except restaurants and pubs to close between 5-6p.

Good location, close to many sites of interest. Tram (Glide) stops very close as are the open top bus tours. Several shops and restaurants within 2 mins walk. Friendly, very helpful staff. Special mention to Lou, who went out of her way to help us when we arrived and get us a more suitable room for our needs. Decently sized rooms, well appointed. The kitchen area in our room had everything we needed to make meals. Very clean. Howard Street, which runs along the front of the hotel is quite busy, at all times. But it's a hotel in a busy city centre, so it shouldn't be a surprise. Would recommend.

The location was excellent, close to the city centre and everything that we wanted to see. The room has a kitchenette and a small sofa, which made for a very comfortable stay. There were some nice little touches, like fresh milk in the fridge. The value was very good for the room, considering the location

I could hear a lot of noise, both from the room appliances and from the street. The pillows were too soft. If the room had been less noisy, I would have given a higher score. Something to bear in mind if you have a car, there is no parking onsite. We left our car at a car park nearby which ended up being quite expensive, 21£ per day.

Nice, clean, wide room, comfy big bed, nice little kitchen, well equipped for a longer stay. Good wifi and superb smart TV. Cool design and good view. Nice, clean bathroom. Iron, hairdryer, extra milk and coffee for you morning. Microwave and kettle. Fridge and dishwasher, stove and sink. Everything what you could possible need for a trip or a longer stay. According to my hubby, it could have been a cool stagapartement. 🤣

A bit noisy but that comes from the place, it is in the middle of everything. Near to every main sightseeings, supermarkets, public transportation and main street, restaurants and pubs. It was some reconstruction in the neighborhood aswell, and street cleaning in the early morning. But sleeping was manageable even so. I did not like the lack of rugs and carpets. I forget to bring slippers and I took of my shoes, on bear foot the wooden floor was not the best and warmest. Although this is only a personal preference and it looked good.

Really central. Gorgeous building sympathetically converted into an aparthotel but all modern and super clean. Loved the original parquet flooring. Very comfy bed, loads of room as it’s a studio - imagine it could be a bit noisy on a Saturday night but was on the 4th floor so heard a bit of traffic noise and that was about it. would absolutely stay here again. Amelia Hall underneath did an amazing breakfast.

Bit of a faff to check in with the tablets but the receptionist was present and helped. A bit difficult to get the heating control right as don’t think there were any instructions and the fan was a bit noisy.

Fabulous place please stay there before booking grand central flint is prime location at half the price rooms more than adequate and bed so comfortable highly recommend this hotel it is rated 4 star but is a 5star without the prices girl on reception check in so friendly and welcoming.

Staff in the restaurant below a little rude 1 girl in particular highlighted we sat down for breakfast without being told by the host no one there on the entrance to tell us we had to be seated and went out of her to make that known ..maybe in Italy we're she is from that's how you treat guests. But apart from that mishap all good
