Best location! We stayed in the 2 bed room unit. Very spacious for 3 adults and 2 children. Primary bedroom has a big king size bed and its own bathroom with big bath tub. And second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The other bathroom comes with a shower only. Washer and dryer in unit was very useful. Full kitchen with big refrigerator and microwave and stove. Hot water kettle was also very useful. They provide daily stock of tea and freeze dried coffee. My only complaint was that it is pretty noisy since it is located by an over pass. However, if you are a light sleeper the hotel provided ear plugs to use. I used my AirPods to listen to videos. They allowed us to store our luggages after check out at 11am. And returned in the evening to get ready to leave for the airport. They also let us used the 2nd floor guest lounge and toilet to change before we left. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay, and would stay there again next time we are in Osaka. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I booked this hotel purely as it was the closest to the arena where the March Sumo Tournament was being held and it exceeded my expectations. As three adults travelling together we booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and it was huge for Japanese standards. It was a corner apartment with a big window and a great view. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows and the washer/dryer in the room was very handy. We didn’t cook but the kitchenette seemed well equiped. It would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was well located - across the street from Namba station and about a 10 minute walk to the Dotonbori Canal and Shimbashi shopping street.

Very very minor observations that could improve the room but would not affect my decision to stay there - the couch in the lounge was a little hard and there was no full length mirror.

We had a fantastic stay at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka! The location is great, just a short walk from Exit 5 of Namba Station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The surrounding area is filled with shops, dining options, and attractions. Right across the street is the Namba Parks shopping centre, offering a wide variety of stores and restaurants. Dotonbori is also just a short stroll away via Namba Walk, so you're perfectly situated for sightseeing. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, including a washer and dryer, which was super convenient for longer stays. I also really appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning—it was a great way to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka for anyone visiting Osaka—great location, excellent amenities, and friendly service!

The room was rather spacious in Japan’s context. There was everything we needed in the room, especially the iron board, iron and washing machine/dryer. The breakfast was simple and nice and everyone working there was very friendly and approachable. If you are all about sustainability, they did give us the option of skipping housekeeping and in return, we were given a 500-yen credit that could be used at convenience stores. The location is perfect as it is a short walk from Namba station (direct line from Kansai Airport) and it was not far away from Dotonbori area as well.

Generally a nice hotel in one of the best central locations if you are a first timer - Dotonbori a short walk, Namba Yasaka Shrine a short walk, the namba Railway Station next door, which is handy for Kansai Airport. This was also the reason we chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint. If you like to do laundry or want to prepare your own food, I would also recommend this hotel, as it comes with fully equipped kitchenette and washer-dryer in the room. Decor is a bit generic, and it could do with an update. It's all very beige. But comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very good, too.

It's a bit beige, and compared to our other accommodations, it was relatively pricey.

We recently stayed at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka for three nights, booking two rooms for our family of four plus two grandparents. The rooms were a decent size, clean, and featured nice views from the 10th floor. The location was quite convenient—only about a 5-minute walk from Namba Station, making it easy to get around. It took about 30 minutes by train to get to Universal Studios Japan. The staff were very polite and efficient, and the in-room washer/dryer and kitchen were extremely convenient for our family. Overall, it’s a nice place and I’d gladly stay here again.

Breakfast selection was on the small side compared to some other places, but still sufficient and delicious.

Stay was great and in fact Frasers was highly recommended by a friend. It exceeded our expectation. Was also pleasant to be informed by the staff that a guest cancellation of 2 bedroom executive and checked if I wanted to switch to 2 bedroom instead of 2 x 1 bedroom executive. This allowed all family members to be together in same apartment. It was indeed a nice gesture from the hotel to inform me and letting me know the amount extra to top up. Fraser Residence is also near to Namba station, 5min walk away and 10min walk to the very happening Dontonburi. We always did our shopping and dropped our purchases and out we went out again. It was super convenient 😀. Breakfast variety is almost same all days but I am not picky, enough to keep me full. Love the o Osaka juice the hotel prepared every morning-like a banana milk shake. But fret not if you need variety, there are also many other breakfast options around the vicinity too. 2 Family marts are just across the road. Food is never an issue in this area. Last but not least, the washer and dryer is great for the family. We always washed clothes in the night and all ready by morning.

Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons. Location of the property was second to none and very convenient especially when commuting to and fro KIX airport. There were lots of eateries and restaurants nearby the property so finding food is never an issue.

Breakfast venue in the apartment was rather small. We were slightly more unfortunate to have the staff double issuing the same table number to 2 different group of people so there was some miscommunication on who was supposed to sit on the table. We also noticed people complaining to staff that they had waited almost 30 mins outside the venue due to no seats available.

The Frasier Residence Inn was an EXCELLENT choice for Osaka! I had read about it in a blog and heard it booked up early, so I was glad to get a room. We booked a Deluxe Studio with king bed and kitchen. It was a little smaller than I expected, but it was still GREAT! The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our first hotel that had plenty of closet and drawer space for our clothes. It was also so nice to have a washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. There are some sirens nearby, but we are always prepared with our white noise machine. I think I would request a view of the street in front since our view just overlooked the alley, which was still fine. The location is fantastic with a very short walk from Namba Station, exit 5, and a close walk to Dotonbori, a mall with everything, and a lot of places to eat, and everything. Great having the train so close too. Ippudo ramen is right across the street! I loved having the breakfast in their small restaurant every morning. Such a wide variety of food and the staff is so very friendly and want to make you happy. I looked forward to going each morning, and it made it so convenient. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Our stay at the Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka was wonderful! We were delighted from the first moment we walked up to the front desk and were warmly greeted by front desk staff! The property itself was perfectly located - close to the Namba train station and in the heart of the Namba district. The room was spacious, well equipped, and included a kitchenette and washing machine. The beds were very comfortable! But what continued to impress us was the fact all the staff - most especially the front desk staff - continually went above and beyond to make certain were had all that we needed and were comfortable in their hotel. They truly were service and guest oriented for which we were grateful!
