There are so many things to love about this hotel. 1. The hotel accepts luggage delivery services! We sent our suitcases from Tokyo to Osaka using Yamato Transport, and when we arrived early on our check-in day, the hotel kindly held the additional baggage we had with us. Traveling without the burden of heavy luggage made our journey so much more enjoyable, and best of all, when we returned, all our luggage was already waiting in our room. It truly felt like a premium experience. 2. The hotel has English-speaking staff! While not a necessity—since you can always find ways to communicate—it was incredibly convenient and reassuring to be able to converse easily, especially when knowing little to no Japanese. 3. The biggest reason we chose this hotel was its prime location near Namba Station (Nankai Line) just a five-minute walk away. Since it's the terminal station, boarding at the first stop ensures you can get a seat which is advantageous as it a 44 minute ride to KIX. Additionally, the metro station is just around the corner, which is what you primarily use to explore the city, making it really convenient. 4. The room size is above average and the price is competitive, even when compared to the surrounding options. Plus, this has all the perks I mentioned. If I visit Osaka again, this will definitely be my #1 choice.

I like that the family room was had beds that was high so we could store our luggages! The bunk bed was a plus for my kids! All the amenities, coffee, tooth brush, slippers, sleeping clothes! The bathroom was a little dangerous. There was a step entering the bathroom so if you didn’t know it was there you can trip and fall! The water pressure was great! Nothing like that in US hotels! It was also walking distance to dotonbori and that was a plus! Close to konbinis! Luggage service was great!

The AC was weak! They charged really high in taxes! I booked the room at $900+ ended up paying around $1300 +. They should have just included it in the room rate! It’s misleading! No microwave in the room needed to go to the 2nd floor to use it!

1. Close to the train station 2. Walking distance to shops/Dotonbori area/drugstore/convenience stores 3. Has a wide selection of food for breakfast 4. The family room is big for a family of 4, considering we have a stroller for our little one. Very-child friendly. 5. The staff are accommodating.

The only thing I didn't like - There was just one staff at the restaurant who was not that accommodating/fluent in English. I asked to be seated at the low table so that my little one would not have difficulty navigating around; and she didn't accommodate us despite saying it three times. (The staff the day before accommodated us - she was better in English and with guests)

Location was really close to Nankai Namba station, so taking the rapi:t train to and from KIX was easy. Namba subway station with access to a few lines is also easily walkable, so its a great base to explore Osaka and Nara. Was able to leave luggage at lobby as we were too early for check-in, and when we returned, the bags are already in the rooms. There are only 3 coin laundry washer/dryer, but was lucky that I happen to always find an available machine when I needed it. The twin rooms were big and clean and everything was new and well-maintained.

Directions from the hotel was not very helpful in finding the hotel. Was told to go out from the North entrance of Namba station and walk for 2 minutes .. but needed Google maps to actually find the place, as it is not visible from the entrance.

The location is great - next to NAMBA Station and an entry point nearby. Additional amenities were provided near the front desk so it was easy to grab what we need on the way in and out. Free coffee/ tea in front of the front desk. Laundry machines also convenient and easy to use. Got a kid’s amenities pack too from the front counter.

Only a small thing, which is that they didn’t provide a towel for my child (we booked a three sharing room) we asked for one more the first day but as we came back late the second day, we didn’t have a chance to ask the staff.

Incredible location. Would definitely stay there again. Namba station access literally around the corner, 2 Family Marts within 1 min walk. Vending machines at the entrance. A stroll to Dotonbori Street and the Glico man! Easy access to literally anywhere in Osaka. We did a Day trip to Kyoto and a day trip to Nara. Would definitely recommend using Grids as a base for day trips.

The rooms were small, with no space for luggage. That said, I’ve never had any different in the big cities of Japan!

The location is absolutely amazing, offering malls, food, shopping and extremely close to the major tourist attractions, they even have a bus stop within 2 mns that will take you to Itami airport in case you decide to flight back to Tokyo. We stayed on a 2 bed room and the 4 of us fit comfortably. Lastly the breakfast offers a of options and my 2 year old picky eater did great! ****I think this is one of the showers that I remembered the most because of the water pressure, it was on point!

Note: If it wasn’t for this little incident I would say this hotel is a 10/10. They didn’t want to honor my booking reservation. I paid for a 2 bed room (for 2 adults, 2 kids) and they said that since the kids are free I wasn’t getting a 2 bed room. After almost 30 mns of back and forth I decided to pay for whatever it was I needed to pay and submit a complaint to booking. Out of nowhere another team member of the hotel jumped in and helped me with the reservation, assigning me the right room. Besides this we didn’t have any other issues.

Truly an exceptional experience. The hotel was conveniently situated and the complementary breakfast was excellent. The rooms were extremely comfortable and we loved that they provided little extra amenities like skincare sample products, brushes, hairties, etc. Traveled with family and they were able to accomadate a request to have 2 rooms closeby. For the price we payed this hotel was an incredible value and our favorite stay in Japan! They let us drop our bags off before check in which made sightseeing easy, and delivered the bags to our rooms when we did check in.

None, everything was excellent.

The location is convenient to Namba Station and accessible to convenience store. It's also a few minutes walk to Dotonbori :) The room that we got was spacious enough for 2 people. The beds were comfortable and you can store the luggages under the bed.

I think there's a new policy for hotels about housekeeping (tho still not sure about it, gotta do some research). We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights and never got our room (even bathroom) cleaned. They only changed the towels and collected the garbage if you put the 'simple cleaning' tag outside the door by 11am. It got a bit uncomfortable since we even have to wash our own mugs in the morning if we want to drink coffee, for instance. The staff also don't speak much English so we had a difficult time communicating with them.

1. 1 minute away from 3 trains stations. 2. 1 train away from Namba station, meaning you are 1 train from the airport. 3. Beds are super comfy. 4. So many freebies like instant coffee, toiletries, etc 5. Clean bathroom. 6. Fast and reliable internet. Important for digital nomads! 7. Towels are being replaced daily. 8. Staffs can speak english enough to bridge the gaps 9. Coin-operated laundry machines are super helpful plus it has english instructions. 10. There 3 combinis and local restaurants around the hotel.

Not that I don't like it, but it would be super awesome if you could have microwave ovens per room. This doesn't break the experience or anything.
