The front desk staff were great. The woman who checked me in was friendly and helpful, and she explained everything in English which I thought was really nice. There are amenities in the foyer to take to your room, including toothbrush/paste, razor, coffee sachets and tea. There is a small fridge and a kettle in the room, as well as yukata pajamas. I loved how very close the hotel is to Namba (metro) station. The OIOI shopping complex is right next door, and the covered arcade that takes you to the busy tourist intersection at the bridge is right there. This is an excellent location for a hotel! At night I went to the 10th floor of the hotel for an Onsen bath in the natural spring water. Even though the room provides this same water in the tub, the experience is that much better in the large open bath. Shampoo and body wash are provided.

Because it is a bit older, the room set-up doesn't take into account the need for multiple outlets. There is one plug with two outlets by the desk, and one by the bathroom door. There is no outlet by the bed. For travellers, I recommend you bring a lengthy extension cord if you want to remain plugged-in while using your computer or devices in bed. To the hotel, I'd recommend either adding a plug outlet right into the wall above the bed, or provide extension cords for visitors. Otherwise, this hotel is great for economy travellers who want friendly service and a nice hot bath! :)

The location was great(near by Nankai, Subway, Airport but stop) just 2-3mins by walk. I love it. The hotel was cleaned every 3days. At the hotel conner have a famous Takoyaki which have so long queue everyday. Actually this hotel just 1-2mins by walking to the Dotonbori shopping street. And Takashimaya Department store just 1-2mins too. The onsen is good and staffs are very good too.

The hotel is most conveniently located in a back street right by the train station with many places to eat and cafes. The onsen was such a plus! after a long flight or travel you don't need to go out for a relaxing bath! I had a problem with the lockers and the Part time person was super sweet and helped me out making me feel at home

The location in Namba was nice but the hotel is in an alley, so the taxi driver had to drop us off on the street and we had to walk around the blocks to get there.

Very helpful and nice staff. After a long flight to Osaka, arriving in a hotel with hot spring water was awesome! The room has a good size if you are carrying 2-3 suitcases. The location is perfect, in Namba.

No aircon in winter so need to open window but since it’s near food street we have to bear with the noise n smoke or food smells

Very convenient location a short walk from Namba Station and shops and restaurants. Small room but clean and adequate for one person. Would be cramped with two. Staff friendly and helpful.
