Very helpful staff. Great location, stayed 2 days. As hotel resident discounted parking at Q park below Victoria Street shopping centre. £24 for almost 48hrs. As my wife uses a wheelchair we were given accessible room 101 right beside lift. Large bathroom and sufficient room in bedroom area. Unfortunately no opening windows only air-conditioning. Found that the toilet was a bit high. The bed is far too high and I had to physically lift my wife up into the bed. Also found that the small 4 step lift up to the roof top garden bar was laying in pieces(broken). In general we had an enjoyable stay at The Bullitt Hotel but I think these issues need looked at. I do think charging £8.75 for a small glass of white wine is a bit excessive.
Bar prices. Bed height.

Room: Comfy room was spacious, super clean and bed was a dream sleep. Fabulous wet room shower, great bathroom lighting and good blackout curtains. Hotel: convivial flexible downstairs space with a downstairs lobby bar that extends into a courtyard- had a great all comers vibe. Roof terrace was a treat (though sadly closed for a function during my stay) and a surprisingly excellent assist restaurant. The location of the hotel is great for access to the waterfront and shopping areas. We were impressed with the fabulous value for money
We didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Hotel windows didn’t open though there is aircon.

Amazing location right in the city centre. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Felt secure leaving my bags in reception when I arrived earlier than I could check in. The bar was lively and reasonably priced. I was concerned the music from the bar would be loud but I couldn't even hear it from my room on the first floor.
The room was small, it was fine when I wasn't there much for a few nights, but there was not a lot of room to move around, and I imagine would have been pretty tight if I was sharing it with anyone. It was expensive for what it was I think, although I accept I came on st Patrick's Day weekend and it was probably more expensive than usual due to the timing.

The hotel is very clean and modern, with multiple restaurants and bars. Our room was also very clean and modern. The location is wonderful. You can easily walk to many restaurants and pubs. A shopping center is just a very short walk, and the City Hall is a walkable distance. It's located in the entertainment area on a pedestrian street. When we needed a taxi, they were able to order them for us at the front desk and the taxis were right on time.
On a couple of occasions, there was a lot of noise in the hallway next to our room. It sounded like the staff was rolling metal drums down the hall. This noise happened in the evening and very late at night. The bathroom, although it looks new and modern, is poorly designed. There is virtually no space next to the sink to place things like toothpaste or shampoo. The sink is very small. The shower has body wash and conditioner provided, but if you bring your own, there is no place to put them but on the floor.

We arrived early and staff were very helpful to accommodate us, the room we booked was a single bed twin but they kindly upgraded us to a double bed twin (no extra charge). The room was big, bathroom was spotless, usual room facilities (tea/coffee etc). We chilled in the open bar area got drinks/cocktails, all staff very friendly and gave a prompt service. Location of the hotel was perfect, cathedral quarter to your left, shops to your right. Short walk to the City Hall with hop on/off city site seeing tours available, G&Metro bus services, again great for the titanic quarter.
Truthfully there was nothing we didn't like.

Staff were very friendly. We arrived quite early and our room was ready so could book straight in. Food was very nice . Nice outside area. Very lively in the evening with music. Location was right next to the cathedral quarter for all the bars in the evening.
We new the room would be small which was fine as not in there long. Just could have done with some coat hooks on the wall inside the door as no where to hang coats and had to leave them on the floor which I tripped over a couple times going to toilet in the night, it was January so had big bulky coats with us.

The location was in the very lively beating hearting of Belfast. Situated between St Steven’s market, Albert’s clock, the Cathedral quarter (Duke of York Pub and many other pubs and restaurants) and a huge mall. All this in a very pedestrian friendly location. Titanic exhibit is 5 min drive. Belfast castle 15-20 min. Within the hotel itself are a pub on the main floor and a modern lounge on the roof top. Our room was huge and sumptuous. The shower was especially large and we appreciated the elbow room. Opt in at least one day for the breakfast.
The parking is a block away in 2 different parkades and you are technically not supposed to pull up in front of the hotel so with luggage and rain and not knowing where to go (the signage was subtle) it was a bit stressful but once we figured it out it was actually fine. The front desk will also give you a parking coupon so your parking will be half price.

The location was exceptionally good, smack bang in the middle of the city. Lovely pubs and restaurants nearby and shopping if that's what you want. Bedroom was sound proof, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless with a great rain shower. The lobby was the most unique I have ever seen in the dozens of hotels I have stayed in. It was buzzing with activity giving it great energy. The staff were friendly, dressed casually, very professional, fun and respectful. We loved it. We ate in both restaurants within the hotel and both were amazing.
I didn't like having to go home. If you find something wrong with this hotel, there's something wrong with you.

The location of this boutique hotel was fantastic. Walking distance to so many beautiful things to see. Close to a large shopping center with ample parking and the hotel gave a discounted rate for the parking. The staff were all fantastic - especially the girls at the front desk.
Everything was so charming. The hotel was a little difficult to find at first - but that's not a reflection on them ... we just couldn't figure out how to access the parkade at the shopping center because google maps kept sending us in the wrong direction. lol

As soon as we arrived we were really impressed with the whole vibe of the place. Central location, really laid-back feel, and the staff were lovely; friendly, helpful and really welcoming. We'd had to divert some urgent post that was due to arrive while were we away, but the staff were on the ball and got it to us really quick. We'd only arranged a 2 night stay as we were planning a bit of a road trip, but we loved it so much we tried to get an extra night - they were fully booked unfortunately, but we'll be back again for sure. Breakfast and dinner options were great (even for us vegans!)
