We loved the facilities - filtered water, two bathrooms, and we liked that the host takes care of the quiet hours in the shared space. Everything was clean, location was great, and the room was spacious. Atmospheric view from the window. The host answers quickly the messages and is very helpful. He made our Check in earlier, we are super grateful for that!

Sound isolation isn’t perfect - you hear everything - people laughing and slamming the doors, walking, taking shower. There weren’t cups for the water on the first day of arrival. Was a bit chilly in the room.

The location was nice, since it was in an area popular with students. This would be helpful to know in the listing.

It was hard to recognize the property from the outside since I did not know from the listing that it was within an apartment building and there were no directions I read about how to enter and that the hosts were coming in person to let me in. They were very kind when they arrived. It would be helpful to have more details about this on the listing since it is different than the normal hostel. Also, it is listed as a bed and breakfast but does not have a kitchen, so this should be remedied to prevent confusion.

Good location, not far from anything and there is a grocery store directly across. Bars nearby as well. The owner is nice. Good with two shared bathrooms.

It is lively outside because of the bars, so noisy if you have the window open but otherwise not bad. Not super sound isolated to the hall either but the other guests were quiet, so it wasn't a problem for us.

The owners are wonderful people. Helpful, open, smiling. The flat is beautifully decorated - with Moroccan accents. Being on a long trip it was a great convenience for me to have a washing machine in the flat. The breakfasts are very good. I will definitely be making tea at home like the one that was served in Loreto. The tea was do delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Really nice stay! Room was spacious and clean with a desk and big closet! Bathroom was shared but only with one other room so we didn't mind. Location is perfect, about 10 min walk from the center and a really nice vibe. Would definitely recommend!

Although we really enjoyed our stay we weren't able to sleep very well since there was no AC. We asked for a second fan which we got but the room was still very hot. Also NO WIFI at all in the room.

It's located on the best street in Bologna - it has a large shop, you can eat tasty and cheap pasta and pizza, it's lively at night... The room and the bathrooms are very clean. The room is simple (don't expect luxury) but spacious. There is also a ceiling fan. In the corridor there is a hot water kettle and a water dispenser with room temperature water, cold water and sparkling water which you can use at any time free of charge.

Really nice location! About 15 minutes to city center on foot. Surrounding was also nice with a great number of bars, restaurants and coop market in front of. The apartament itself was spacious and comfortable, we had 2 big beds, balcony and was clean. Alexandru as a host was really nice and helpful.

A suprise was that we have a common bathroom with other people. But still it was clean and never crowded. :)

The affitacamere is very close to the city centre. There are very nice restaurants, cafés and markets nearby. The room was very clean, quiet and warm. All the essential appliances and toiletries were included. It was very easy to find the location and the hosts were very polite and friendly. Would definitely book again!

no breakfast was included. 🥲 maybe my mistake.(read old reviews)😅 but no more breakfast &kitchen since months ago. At Saturday night, it was bit too loud outside,(ppl talking in the streets or drinking outside of the bar) because of noise I couldn’t sleep well until 2am. 😣 sometimes next door, next to the wall, local neighbor(not a guest from b&b) talks too loud so I could hear what he says on the phone.. early morning or late afternoon. (maybe it’s their bedroom)😕

Alexandru were very nice to us,even the short chat when we were taking the key enjoyable for us.Clean room,our room also had a balcony,good location,authentic local place;no need the spending money for several star hotel in a city like Bologna.

A little bit hard to find the building,shared toilet and bathroom.
