we really recoomend! the room was nice and quit, the bed was very comfortable, the shower great and everything was clean and very welcoming. also there is a kitchen with everything you need. the location is good, a big of walking to the very center of old town but the walking is nice (but it is a walk). the best part was the host! she let us do an early check-in, helped us with everything and many questions and even ordered a taxi for us to the airport. great host and place and we really reccomend!

The link the host send you to open all the doors when you arrive late is just great. The photos are exactly how the apartment looks, there is a living room and a very modern and complete kitchen to share among the guest of the four rooms, each with its own bathroom. The location is good and there are continuous buses from downstairs to the center or to the train station and despite the traffic the apartment is very quiet. The heating works very well also. Everything is clean and tidy.

Singles beds could be more wider and comfortable.

A great stay, with a fantastic and well equipped shared kitchen and lounge. After traveling for a few hours it was nice to sit and relax a bit with a coffee before heading into town. The room itself was quite basic but clean and comfortable. Perfectly good for a short stay. Location was good, about 20 minutes walk to the main square. Special thanks to Barbara who went out of her way to assist us with check in and ordering a taxi when we were stuck with no transport to the airport. Just a note - we were unable to hail a taxi in the street (I don’t think they’re allowed to stop).

Nice beds, really confortable and big bathroom, it had air conditioning, a kitchen which was used by all the guests, free coffee! I liked the fact that you don't have to use an actual key to enter the facility.

The fact that they don't have a back up key, so when we forgot to leave the physical key on the last day (though we were going to come in the evening for our bags), we had to come back to the rooms to leave it. Also, the staff took quite a bit of time to respond to our messages.

It's a great place and the room is spacious and beautiful. The host, although not present at the property, was very helpful and answered each of my annoying whatsApp messages, so the communication was easy. There is a very nice breakfast area with seating arrangements. The breakfast is very simple/standard, but there is an amazing bakery nearby so you can grab something from there - Montello The location - the place is not in the city center, but it takes only 15 minutes to reach the downtown/old city area. It is a very pleasant area and I enjoyed the walk. I read some reviews from people who complaint that is noisy, but the windows, when closed, are of high quality and will not allow any noise in.

Nothing to complain It's a self-check-in, which worked great for me, but there is zero live interaction with the host or any staff member, so if you are the kind of person who enjoys these little things, you might get a bit disappointed. But if you need anything and write a message, the host will respond quickly and will help you. It's a very good place - go for it.

The room was spacious and had good storage and bathroom. The kitchen area was very comfortable with coffee and tea facilities and breakfast food for the morning. The self check in was easy and the staff were very helpful with leaving baggage and getting into the apartment🤩 Location was good with just 10 mins walk to the centre.

The check out 10am is a little too early as once you have checked out there are no toilet facilities so you have to go outside. For us with having a late flight this was a little inconvenient but of course not a problem of the hotel I just wished I’d booked an extra night.

The location was excellent, just inside the St. Felice gate. Accommodation was spotless. Barbara is a helpful and friendly host. Having a full sized fridge is handy if you are accumulating meat and cheese to bring home, though you have to share the fridge with other guests. The kitchen is good for making a salad, but I am not sure I would cook a full meal.

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice lounge area. Modern kitchen area to prep breakfast. Technology mod cons - we accidentally locked our self out of our room, and Barbara unlocked it for us remotely.

Amazing host who contacted us before and during the stay via Whatsapp. So the communication was very easy! Easy access without keys and easy to find. Excellent location, only 15min walk to the center or railway station and few bus stops near by. Clean rooms / apartment. It was nice that there was a common area where you can use kitchen. We can highly recommend this!

The B&B is clean, well located and comfortable. Barbara is incredibly helpful and responsive!

The walls are quite thin so we could sometimes hear people from above or neighboring rooms which was a bit disturbing.
