The facility is great. The staff are great. Dre Hale is an exceptional front desk staff. He would solve any problem. The facility gave me extra 5.5 hours to stay outside my check out time. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from. I strongly recommend the facility especially if their fees continue to be competitive.
there is no tooth paste and brush and there is no drinkable water in the rooms. Although there is a message on the wall that encourages customers to request for toiletries if they need any. No snacks in the room except for coffee (likely bitter for that matter).

Spacious room, comfortable bed, very quiet, and very clean. I slept like a baby at this hotel. The staff is great and always helpful. The breakfast was also very good. I also liked the security in the hotel, you really need your key card to get in, ride the elevator, and etc. so there is no worry of random people walking around the hotel. This hotel is downtown with many bars and restaurants in the vicinity. I would stay here again.
The parking situation was iffy for me. There is a pay-to-park parking lot across the street, but there was no security. I was wary of leaving my car there overnight so I opted for the parking garage. The staff did not advise me that the skywalk to the garage was on the 2nd floor, so I ended up parking high up in the garage and having a long walk to get to the hotel. I wished they had explained the whole parking in the garage situation better. I'm glad I didn't have a lot of luggage to make that trek.

The young lady that checked me in went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and made sure I was in the best room for my needs. I believe her name was magz. She is amazing. The reason for my trip there was a friend with severe mental illness had an important meeting in Minneapolis and his anxiety was through the roof. He couldn't sleep and took it out on the over night staff. I am so sorry for that. I am so thankful for the great staff. This is a great location for any reason to be in Minneapolis.
The only thing I didn't like was the curtains. I know sounds weird but the middle panel of the curtain is sheer, All the light gets in the room, and makes the room too bright to sleep.

I was in town for a concert. I loved the connected walkway to the concert. It was especially helpful since it was raining outside. It was a little confusing walking back because our original route was blocked off. However, after asking several concert staff for directions, we found our way back to the hotel. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! I enjoyed the buffet at the hotel. Food was hot, food area was very clean and well stocked, and the tables and floor were very clean. I'm a tea drinker. I enjoyed the endless tea offering both day and night. Hell's Kitchen and Target were within walking. We grabbed some snacks for the room. The staff were very friendly. Thank you for letting us check in a bit early. The area map of restaurants with the noted miles was a nice idea. The room was clean and properly stocked with towels and toliet paper. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for concertgoers. This is my new hotel when flying in for a concert.

Loved the location. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fine. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Parking is a bit tricky but this was our second time staying there so we figured it out okay. The noise from the room was a bit loud. Sirens being heard all night long and traffic noise but that’s not the hotels fault. We’re just not used to that much outside noise during the night. Also, we heard lots of door slamming and talking outside our room which again is not the hotels fault but the other guests not being considerate to guests trying to sleep near their rooms.

Love the location! Right next door to 1st Ave.
The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It was overpriced. Used to pay around $150/$175 a night here, now it was $226! Not worth that much for no pool or anything other than a basic room. Our room overlooked a dirty parking lot which sounded like a canon went off in it twice the morning we left. And parking should be included in the room cost, especially since they raised the room rate by $50+. We were told by the lot attendant to get a ticket from the hotel to cover parking but that was apparently not how it works. Will find a new hotel to stay at from now on.

We were in town for a concert at Target Field. The location could not have been better! It was just a 5 minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. The breakfast was good, what impressed me was that my friends and I sat and drank coffee and chatted in the breakfast area for about an hour and I saw staff constantly tending to the coffee station, making sure everything was clean and full. I was worried when we discovered that our room was right off the elevator, but we never heard any noise in the hallway and all slept very well.
Nothing!

So the property was awesome. It would’ve been nice to have known about how they have this walkway system that goes from building to building inside a tunnel. We spent a lot of time walking around for hours and hours and hours, but it would’ve been lovely to actually known about the tunnels, I think that they need to tell more people about the tunnels to be able to walk through the city and comfort without being persecuted by some of the homeless. The thing that I thought that was interesting that while those tunnels interconnect the connect to parking garage as well so that made it very convenient. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and had a nice ball y’all good foods and foods that are normal for people my wife and I are little picky eaters but we still found ourselves enjoying the breakfast in the morning was our highlight of the day because we spent the rest of time walking around for 17 miles, 17 miles 17 miles
Well, as you know, today is just kind of one of those weird obscene days everywhere around the world. There are homeless people there are people challenges my wipe, and I would stand outside and have a smoke within an hour time we would be handing out over a pack and a half a cigarettes and Bothered by many people give me give me give me give me and that made it very uncomfortable for us but for the most part, the property itself was beautiful. Everything was nice. Thank you.

Location was easy enough to find. Our room faced Target Field which definitely gave us a sense of being in Twins Territory. And that is was exactly what were were looking for since we specifically booked this hotel for the Twins games. The stadium is within easy walking distance as you can see from the picture, via the street or the skyway (which is secured entry). The staff was very friendly and all entry points were secure and accessible with your room key only. Also, I should add that the continental breakfast was one of the best ones I have see at a hotel.
Outside wall are a bit thin. We were able to hear sirens throughout the night. Since this hotel is downtown, it was expected that there was going to be some activity. However, I didn't expect to be able be woken up by the sirens. Also, our neighbors above us were a big rambunctious until about midnight. No fault of the facility.

The bed was awesome. It was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was super helpful and kind. They gave me a room before the check in time, and they gave me bo problem at all at adding a second guest in the room, after the reservation being made.
The breakfast was fine, nothing bad. It was ok, but I expected more for the price of the room. The breakfast doesn’t match the quality of the rest, which is great. It was a regular buffet with eggs, patties, pancakes, juice… like many other common chains, and I expected it to stand out too.
