Check in was a breeze. The professional that helped us check in was expedient, thoughtful, and personable. We can’t remember her name, but she was working at around 5:00pm on Friday 11/24/2023. Her warm nature really kicked our night off the right way! We really hope you share this with the staff. Our check out was great too. The whole staff was just so kind and thoughtful. Thank you!

We loved our stay. The room had an amazing view, and we both agreed it was the most comfortable hotel(or resort) bed we have ever slept on. We didn’t love the 3 elevators it took to leave or get to our room, but luckily we were only staying for the night. We also understand that this is something that cannot be helped.

The room was large and comfortable. The location is downtown Minneapolis with lots of public transportation options, so it was great as I didn't rent a car. I didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as they didn't have any vegan options.

There was no pick-up option from the airport, so I had to manage by myself late night arrival. According to a staff member, there were no vegan options for breakfast, so I had to eat out. The stay was expensive.

We had a King size room, and the bed was so comfortable!! And the pillows weren't rock hard or flat! It was nice and peaceful. You couldn't hear anyone walking past your room, and talking, which is a plus!!! The room and bathroom was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!!

I don't think I have anything I didn't like. It was an excellent short stay :)

The hotel is elegant with a perfect location and not expensive. It is only 10 minutes walking to Target Center. Very good restaurants close to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Room service food options are very good. This should be our option if we return.

The only area for improvement are the pillows that are very soft.

The Aurora restaurant had some of the best cheese curds I had ever had. From the moment we arrived the staff was great: from the valet to the door greeter and the front desk.

The little coffee shop thing was just so expensive. I spent a fortune down there before we were able to walk to Target.

The rooms are HUGE and beautiful. Full of windows and views.

The property was fine however the parking was 48 dollars for 18 hours!!! The person at the front desk said it’s 24 a day but when we checked out somehow we were charged for 2 days. Our friends were only charged 16 dollars. We can’t get to the bottom of this issue.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Hotel location was convenient to all of the sports venues. Light rail system is a few blocks away and can be used to access the airport. There are many places to eat within a few blocks of the hotel and with plenty of shopping.

This has nothing to do with the hotel. You have to be aware of your surroundings due to the homeless. I didn't have any bad experiences while there but just be aware.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful in answering any question I had. Room was small but nicely updated.

Road construction in front of hotel is terrible!! Delayed up to 30-40 minutes in bumper to bumper traffic throughout day/night just to go several blocks to go to/from parking garage. Would not of stayed at hotel if knew construction was going on.

Awesome hotel! Awesome location! A but pricey but I definitely recommend it!!!

Didn’t realize we had to request housekeeping. When you pay that much for a room - it should be a given!!! Or in this lovely COVID world - ask at check-in!!!

Even though I had a reservation the parking garage was full upon our arrival we had to park three blocks away and walk back to the Marriot with our luggage.Not good
