I loved the location. So easy to get in and out and central to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff was great and the restaurant food was exceptional.

The only reason it wasn’t a clean sweep with an excellent rating was being charged for parking when we were informed that it would be free because of the inconvenience of there being no AC when we arrived and then later that same day being told the water boiler needed work on too.

It was beautiful! Kept very nice and clean! We absolutely loved it!! I want to give a BIG shoutout to the gentleman that checked us in. He was fabulous! Super professional and kind. He made the stay that much better! Good staff makes all the difference in the world! He deserves a raise!! We actually stopped at a different hotel prior and left because the front desk lady was so aweful! So glad we did because DoubleTree far surpassed our needs, wants, and expectations!

The beds were very comfortable. The shower was nice. The hotel was clean and overall. The staff was friendly.

I know it was out of hotel control but AC was out we were given a fan and we were glad it was a cool weekend. Overall staff was friendly, but today at breakfast at cafe 57, the gentleman was kind of rude and grumpy. And every time we asked for something gave us kind of a dirty look, he seemed to be in a very bad mood.

Smelled nice and looked clean :)) and I like that there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower if someone needed to wash up and forgot their stuff

Nothing really , I mean I guess I didn’t like that the rotating door didn’t work but it’s not that serious

Breakfast was included with our room. Great breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was as advertised. Great location.

The pull out couch could use some cleaning or replacing. The elevators were beeping constantly, and one not working.

We found the last parking space. But I think you need more parking. The room was beautiful and comfortable with everything in it. Location was perfect for going to the Stadium. Found an awesome place to eat that was resonable for what we paid.

There was nothing negative about our experience at Double Tree Hilton.

Close to downtown; convenient, quiet, clean.

The faucet in the bathroom leaked, the shower did not work well, the makeup mirror did not light up, and one TV didn't work, although we found out after we pulled some furniture out that it was just unplugged.

Good location in downtown; 24 hour access was convenient for my activities. Room's amenities were good.

Room must have been near a mechanical room - air conditioning felt weak, and during the last few nights there was a loud droning noise.

Excellent location. Clean. Good amount of space in rooms. Friendly staff.

Room was so hot. Staff advised us to turn down thermostat and open windows, but it didn’t help much and eventually had to close windows due to street noise below.

Great large very clean and very comfortable suite. Water and complementary cookies were a lovely welcome. Staff were great with my extra requests.

It was a walk from the main center of Minneapolis.
