This hotel is exceptional. Location is perfect to explore the city. Rooms were appropriately sized and the hair/body lotions were exquisite to smell. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plenty of it. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Nathan who obliged us with every request. A great hotel, pleasant staff, good comfortable rooms and a hearty breakfast - who wouldn't want a wee overnight stay here...

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Belfast. The morning breakfast was good and the bar had a nice vibe.
After a long day of travel arrived to find that although we had specifically asked for a room in a quiet location we were placed across from the power unit for the floor. Was downgraded twice (a twin room then a smaller room)before actually getting the same category of room (queen) that we had booked in a quiet location. All that hassle could have been avoided so easily had they read my request in the first place. The hotel was neither full nor busy. Took almost two hours to sort out.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location is amazing just a few mins walk to the city centre with loads of shops/bars & restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel itself is very modern and has a really nice vibe to it. We were upgraded to a studio room which had cooking facilities and a fridge and was spotless. Cleaning staff attended daily to change towels and the room was spacious and comfortable. Just to note that the hotel is dog friendly so something to consider if people have an issue with dogs. Personally we don't have an issue but the breakfast area was very busy one of the mornings with dogs barking and I had to be careful as there was a dog on the floor right behind me when moving my chair! Also some nice live music in the bar in the early evenings. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.
Couple of small things - no parking at the hotel itself but we parked in the NCP Tannery carpark which is only a 5 min walk from the hotel and decent value - we paid around €30 for 4 nights. The first morning breakfast was cooked to order from a menu and was delicious. However all the other days it was buffet style and not that hot- we opted to eat in a cafe around the corner one of the mornings as the buffet was not that enjoyable. Overall though we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel as per the description is a home away from home. Check in time 2pm, unlike most hotels and check out at 2pm, unheard of unless you specifically ask or pay for a late check out. Love the little kitchen where there are tea & coffee choices, cooking area if you choose to cook, cute little bags should you wish to go shopping with. The list is endless, this hotel is one of a kind and I loved it. Coming again with friends in Feb ‘25 and can’t wait. Also the location was absolutely perfect with loads of fab restaurants & bars close by.

The room decor was gorgeous Lovely smelling products in the bathroom. TV had a sync with phone function so we could watch our streaming channels. Excellent WiFi. The main guy on reception (Nathan) made us and everyone feel like the most important person he'd seen that day. Location was perfect for everything.
We weren't a fan of the breakfast. The selection was underwhelming on the continental. Fruit was melon or grapes only. Cereals were a bit sawdusty. The cooked had a larger range but all felt not the best and heavily herbed. However the eggs to order were always perfect.

Superb location. Staff were so welcoming from the very first minute until the checkout. Very stylish room and smart layout, making it feel really like at home. Oh, and beds were soooo comfortable! That is a big deal in the hotel.
Nothing too big. Room was a bit cold, right after checkin temp was around 17 degrees so we boosted the temp as much as possible but room was never warmer than 20.5 degrees. But that’s just a very small thing. Breakfast option could be a slightly better. Missed some cold cuts (cheese or meat) and some fresh vegetables. But again, that’s not too big of an issue and can be rather a personal preference.

Beautiful dog friendly hotel, clean, stylish and friendly staff. The fact that it was a BCorp company using no chemicals in the their cleaning processes matched our values, great to see a recycling system in the room, this was great. The bar food was sufficient for a late arrival, Pizza and Tapas. The shampoo and soap smells brilliant and is eco friendly. Lovely stay, I would use it again and also no extra charge for the dog, although as it is in the city centre there was limited green spaces for walking dogs.
We couldn't park our van in the NCP car park so had to find on street parking which isn't easy to find, traffic wardens start at 8am so we had to leave early to ensure we didn't get a ticket.

New hotel for Belfast. Excellent design. Lots of impressive small things included in the design and brilliant wee extras in the room. The self catering facilities in the room are a great extra and benefit. Only negative - no mini bar or similar in room. So why when payment was made in advance did I have to also pay a refundable deposit? So unnecessary. Especially as the deposit takes up to 7 days to refund! A nearly flawless stay spoilt by this one thing. Told it was for any extras. What extras. Everything in the main hotel was payment by card and there were no extras in the room.

The hotel exceedingly met my expectations of an art hotel, everything was designed with consideration, including the stairs of the hotel. Me and my husband dropped off the luggage early which was convenient and were upgraded to a mini flat later when we checked in. The room was very spacious, with a kitchen, bunk bed and a seating area, very nicely decorated. I asked for a hairdryer as it was not in the room, and they saw my request right away. The breakfast was great in the mornings, especially loved their berry compote, they had vegetarian options on request as well. On New Years Eve, they provided us with bubbles to cheer with on the countdown to 2025, which was a bonus. Additionally, I thought I lost my necklace in the room, and when I contacted them about it, they were very accommodating. I will definitely book them again when I visit Belfast, as it is right in the centre and half an hour drive away from the airport.

Nice stylish rooms, great location, very friendly staff. Lovely vibe to the place. Really like the sustainability aspect. Shower was nice and hot and good pressure. Big white fluffy towels. TV in the room is one you cast to so as long as you have Netflix set up on your phone, it's pretty easy. Had fun with the spinning top haha
Temperature of the room was too warm and felt like it was out of our control (suspect it may be set centrally?) so even though we set it at 19°C, it was normally several degrees warmer. Mentioned it at reception and they said they would get maintenance to look at it and it seemed slightly better after but still not working as I think it should. Given it was a room with no window, it's really important to be able to get it to a reasonably cool temperature for sleeping, especially given it was the middle of winter. Cups were too small!
