The location is very near to the Haram in the Qibla direction, takes 1.5 minutes to reach Haram boundary. But in order to be inline with the Imam, you need to walk a few more minutes. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with complementary water, tea, coffee, etc. Washroom was however not a match with the standard of the room, very basic.

Overall experience was really nice staying here, however one thing they can change is the check out time. If check in time is 4 pm, then check out time should also be accordingly 2 pm instead of 12.

Booking.com let me down as I booked with breakfast but was told at the property that there is no breakfast included with my booking and when I raised a ticket they told me to contact the property and the property refused to even let me pay and eat and I had to go out for breakfast

The hotel is very near to main road and also near to Haram. However it is ahead of the Imam side and have to walk accross specially for ladies which is a disadvantage. On the other hand Rowdah entrance becomes very near. There are shops for shopping dates and gifts around the hotel.

Hotel has parking but not alloted to customers or anybody. So parking will be issue and you will have park on the street if available or accross or under haram. Hotel has no food facilities. Hotels are far off.

we had an awesome time at Rotana Al Mesk. My favorite part was, the location, close to everything you could possibly need. The gate 307 of the haram is less than 5 minutes walk! Next time I come to madinah I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Location for me is the best thing about Rotana Al Mesk. It is near to Masjid e Nabvi. Next good thing is the variety of restaurants near the hotel. On walking distance you find multiple good restaurants with Pakistani, Indian and Bangladeshi varieties. Overall my stay was good and I would recommend hotel especially for men as it is very near to Riazul Jannah. For female the distance is more as their prayer area is on the farther side. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Out of the way they extended help. Room servicing staff was also very good and initiative. Internet facility was also very good. The speed of internet was very decent as I was expecting something slower for public service but it was more than acceptable.

Non availability of parking was a major drawback for me. If they can arrange it then its location is one of the best. Public parking is very near to the hotel and lack of parking is compensated to a large extent. Beds were slender in size and I had to combine two for accommodating myself and my youngest son.

The mattress was really hard. Since I was really tired so it didn't cause me any trouble in falling asleep.
