The best thing about the Haya Salam Silver Hotel is its proximity to the Haram. It's just 3 minutes walk away from Gate 310 of Haram. There are ample shops and restaurants around the hotel to make your stay comfortable. The management was very cooperative, they arranged early check-in and late check-out on our request. Overall, I am very happy with the stay and recommend it to everyone.

This is a low budget hotel compared to the surrounding hotels. So I understand some issues that I faced which might be deal braker for others. The person at the front desk didn't know English which made communication a bit challenging. You can use translator to communicate. Also, there is a hotel employee (Islam) who is very helpful and understands English. You may not get hotel amenities everyday but if you ask the employees there, they will arrange it on the spot. I understand that with such a high turnover it is very challenging to manage everything.

I want to express my gratitude to both Ms. Amany and Ms. Nada (her coffee was a blessing 🥰) for their continuous assistance and sincere support whenever I needed advice for anything. Their help were truly so sincere and heartfelt. Also, the young man at the reception ( gave me a nice Mamoul 😋) who assisted me while checking out on Friday morning). Sure, I will use this hotel whenever I am in Madina.

There was no breakfast offer, but a supermarket serving snacks.

Hotel was very clean and most importantly walkable distance from Haram. Just 5-8 mins walk to Gate 309. Highly recommended for families and elderly persons due to its closeness to Haram. Compare to the overall neatness in hotels near Haram area this has surpassed my expectations. Reception was fast which is rare in Madina.

Rooms were so compact

The staff were amazing, caring and so polite. They went above and beyond to help cater for our needs in every way. A special thanks to the manager Yousef who always goes out of his way to ensure his guests are happy and well looked after, his hospitality is exceptional. Thank you!

It was decent for the price. Staff were polite.

It needs a little renovation. The place seems to be mostly used by people visiting as part of a group. The restaurant was also super busy. Noises on my floor were also bad at times. Whilst this wasn't much of a problem for me and my wife, I don't think this will be suitable for anyone looking for a peaceful and calm place to stay.

It’s in a very location.. sort walk from mosque of Nawabi.

It’s just a good location. No iron. No phot to call reception. Or room service.receptionist should be well informed about the essential facilities the guest might required. Some one should take the guest to locate there room.

Location was lovely being close to the center

I didn’t like the fact that at hotel that big I could not find a microwave to warm food even in the restaurant floor. That should be corrected going forward. At least a few microwaves for general use by all should be provided.

It's nearer to Haram Masjid nabwi Sharif and walking distance is 10 minutes I like the location of the hotel and the wash room was good Hot and cool water well equipped The main entrance of the lobby is highly recommended

I didn't like anything there

Location Reception as well as cleaning staff helping and supportive. Room Cleanliness & cleaning service offered. kettle and tea bags/sugar etc available in room.

The location of the hotel was nice. The staff is good.

The only issue is there is no wifi in rooms. Need to update it please.
