Azez was the most welcoming host! From the moment we booked, he promptly reached out to arrange transport and plan a dinner for our arrival. When we arrived, he met us by the vehicle and took us down a short narrow path to the Riad. Upon entry, he served us mint tea and gave us a tour of the stunning riad and gave lots of helpful tips on where to visit. The riad itself is beautiful - totally true to moroccan architecture and stunning. The rooftop offers panaromic views and corners for quiet relaxation, whilst the inner riad has a lovely pool, jacuzzi, hammam and more. The location itself is great! Super close to Bahia palace (3 mins walk away), Badi Palace (7 min walk away), Jemaa el fnaa square (10 mins away), souks (15 mins away).. it was all on our doorstep! With that said, it was still quiet and dark enough for us to sleep well, the riad is tucked away enough so that the evenings are still incredibly peaceful. Its like a quiet oasis away from the busy city. Azez and Azkim also helped by giving us advice about how to manage ourselves in the city, places to buy and prices to expect when shopping for certain items (we wanted to buy plates and wanted to know what was a good rate to haggle to!) Its really helpful to have someone who cares about your wellbeing in a busy city like Marrakesh and we felt well prepared by the two of them to know what to expect when in town. They arranged taxis for us on our request and made it feel like a comfortable home. We had the hammam queens spa experience which was really great too - relaxing, authentic and a great massage experience. They thoughtfully remembered we were vegetarian and our dinner was carefully catered for. Breakfast was delicious: a selection of pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, jams etc. and the breakfast slightly varied each day which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, 5 stars. It was a true authentic experience staying in Riad Atlas Acacia and the ideal moroccan haven to stay in!

There is free wifi in the property but doesnt work everywhere, this was fine for us and we didnt mind. It worked close to the inner restaurant courtyard area better than in the rooms.

It was tucked away from the hectic noise and pollution of the city, but easily within walking distance of the main attractions. Our room was lovely- clean and spacious.

Breakfast was plentiful but too much bland/ sweet stuff. And in a city of abundant beautiful fruits, we had a chopped up apple and banana on one of our four days. No fruit the other three days!

Nestled in the heart of Marrakech, this Riad is a true gem that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The family-run establishment, managed by Mohamed, Aziz, and their team, makes guests feel like part of the extended family. Despite its location in the bustling Medina, the Riad provides a peaceful retreat from the chaos of the souks. After a day of shopping and bargaining, returning to the Riad feels like stepping into an oasis. The beautiful roof terrace, complete with a hot tub and swimming pool, offers the perfect spot to unwind and relax. Mohammad was an invaluable resource in planning our activities. He arranged a hot air balloon ride, an Atlas Mountain hike, and an unforgettable desert safari. His assistance in arranging seamless airport transportation made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this Riad stands out as the best we’ve stayed at, even though it was the most budget-friendly option. The exceptional atmosphere, service, and location make it a must-stay for first-time visitors to Marrakech. Highly recommended!

Staff were very friendly and we really felt welcome. Location is perfect. Breakfast was excellent and we ate dinner there one night when we'd had a long day and it was the best food we had in Marrakech. The riad were very accommodating serving us breakfast early when we had an early train to catch. Booked a day trip through the Road and the car was comfortable and the driver was helpful and safe, would recommend. Loved our bathroom. The rooms face the courtyard and you get no outside noise, although inconsiderate guests talking loudly at length when they get in very late or are up very early for a trip can be difficult to ignore. That's obviously not the hotel's fault though.

We had a great stay here in January, very happy with the Riad. The location is fantastic, down a quiet little side street, but only a short walk to most things within the medina. The place itself is lovely, very peaceful and comfortable. Breakfast was great if you like a sweet breakfast; mostly breads, pastries, cake, juice. We found the staff, notably Mohammed and Aziz, to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was hot, the swimming pool was cold (not heated, and it was January). We had a hammam and massage treatment and it was great, very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

On the first night our shower ran out of hot water. It was fine the rest of the time.

The Riad was an authentic slice of heaven - beautiful, spotless and truly provided the flavor of Marrakech. Though everything was outstanding, most exceptional was the care and warmth and unbelievable service we received from Mohamed and Azziz! They provided recommendations, answered all of our questions and made certain we got to everywhere we needed to go. We felt like old friends when we departed, well fed and so very well taken care of. We always felt safe, regardless of the time of day or night and enjoyed all the amenities and experiences the Riad offered, including our lovely breakfasts in the atrium and the incredible hammam and massage we had. You can always stay at Le Meridien or The Four Seasons, but you will never get the same experience there, like the one you get from being in the Medina at this Riad amidst the Moroccan culture and people

The bed was firm and comfortable, but as a personal preference, I like to have a variety of pillows to choose from as some like very firm and others like very squishy. It's a small change they could make which would satisfy all travelers

The location is within a 10-minute walking distance to Jama el Fna, souks, restaurants, gift shops, and the Al Barid ATM, which is safe and secure for withdrawing cash. The staff, Mohammed and Azzis, are incredibly kind, resourceful, and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast is excellent, with freshly baked, cooked, and prepared food. Even for our early departure at 6 am before heading to the Sahara, they accommodated us wonderfully.

I believe the guest would appreciate it if the shower handle in the bathroom could be fixed or replaced, as it definitely needs to be changed.

The best part of the Riad is the staff who is super friendly and kind. Mohamed and Aziz are fantastic hosts. The breakfast is plentiful, the location in the medina is strategic, right behind Bahia palace. The room is large-we were three with my daughter and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bathroom is very large too. The pool is indoors (water a bit cold) and there is also a jacuzzi. The hotel offers both hammam and spa services, and the prices are affordable. Guests can also have dinner and snacks at the hotel. The dinners served inside are plentiful and the prices are competitive vis-à-vis other restaurants in the medina.

Our room had windows facing the interior of the Riad which we had to close at night. I was missing a window to the exterior. If you like to sleep late in the morning, please note that as of 8:00 A.M. breakfast is served and from the rooms you can hear people talking over breakfast.

Everything, amazing oasis of calmness from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Everything was of a fine standard and in particular Aziz who watched out for our return in the evenings and served breakfast in the morning .On our departure date the owner kindly kept our luggage (as we weren't flying until 9pm )and even offered us a room to freshen up if needed .To be fair these riads are of exceptional standard with garden rooftops ,pools and jacuzzi and the experience should not be missed ,the welcome and calm beyond the front door is what makes Marrakech and the Medinas the place to be .

Nothing ,these people meet you with warmth ,hospitality and a welcome that is a credit to their culture and is appreciated.

Finely decorated Riad, with spacious and confortable rooms. Very well located just few minutes from Jemaa el Fnaa and Bahia Palace. Excellent home made breakfast. Azzedine, Aziz and Aziza are welcoming and friendly and let us feel at home. Azzedine supported also with good advise on restaurants and sites to visit. Great experience!
