Really happy with our decision to stay here. Nice location 10-12 mins to the train station. 7/11 and Lawson nearby. Nice facilities in the hotel. 12th floor is nice to chill and have a cup of tea and do the laundry. Staff is amazing, very polite and helpful. They gave us umbrellas on a rainy day and they even had a small one for my 11yr old daughter. Very thoughtful. Yes there’s a construction right next to the hotel but you can’t hear it. Windows are very nicely isolating it, although our room was just looking at the construction.
Double room is a bit small for 3. It was difficult to open the luggages properly but most of the hotels are the same.

Well placed in a calm street in the heart of Shimbashi, 10min away on foot from the animated part of the district, next to the Shimbashi station. The double room was good, it’s in fact 2 single beds united which makes a real big bed. The bathroom is small like expected in Japan but very functional. 12th floor shared space is much appreciated with free tea and coffee machine.
Inside between rooms isolation is not good. The bathroom of the room next to you is in fact in your room next to your heads when sleeping, so you basically hear pretty much anything going on inside the neighbor bathroom (shower, toilet etc). There is only 1 elevator for the entire building (12 floors), expect to wait for it quite a while sometimes. The staff, while being very nice, does not talk English. Nothing deal breaking though.

Staff was awesome, very helpfull and professional. Room was neat, clean, and almost perfect.
Didn't like is to much to say. The room was almost perfect - the almost was the size :). I have a tent bigger than that room :D. It was an actuall Tokio experience, though if it were arranged more like a camping wagon it would have been perfect. Sits and tables might be on the wall and there could be space for luggage for example under the bed (higher bed is less of a problem than room for 3 without a space for 2 suitcases if you are not a pro Tetris player :). Still great place to stay.

Clean, quiet neighborhood, accommodating staff, coffee and lobby area on 12th floor, super fast elevators (except around check out times when everyone’s trying to use it), comfortable bed, thoughtful supplies and toiletries available for you to take by the front desk.
After reading the mixed reviews on location convenience, I now understand why. It is really close to a subway station (Onarimon starion) but we only used that like once. The main transportation hub to a lot of places and more connecting transit lines is Shimbashi station, which is about 15min walk. Not a difficult walk, but gets tiring after a several full days of activities and walking. The bathroom of economy twin room is pretty tiny, knees almost touch the wall you’re facing when using the toilet, shower was easier to use when you’re sideways. Overall just takes a little adjusting but manageable.

Excellent location. Although the room is very compact/small, we found that the spaces were well used. We had excellent coffee provided in the top floor during the entire day. This was also a great area to eat your food, with a microwave also available there. Room was equiped with bathroom amenities, but you could also get some extra ones in the lobby when needed. Good value for money!
This was the only hotel in our trip to Japan that the toilet and bathroom were together. The bathroom was very cramped. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage, you will find it a bit challenging to store them in the room. The room was for two people, but there was only one chair and a single desk. Even though there are a few drawbacks, I recommend staying here.

Very nice staff, i liked the decoration, all looked brand new. I disliked the room size, i know that japan room sizes are small but the room that i booked said it was 16sqm but i think it was more like a 12sqm room,, there was a big bed of around 4sqm, a small desk of 1sqm, a bathroom of 2sqm and a small space to walk and open your suit case. Toilet was pretty small, if you are a big man, toilet will be very small for your parts. I saw the emergency exit sign and there was a drawing of all rooms sizes, if its accurate, my room was the biggest.

Lovely and comfortable hotel. And after staying in other hotels in and around Tokyo as well, we appreciate the size of the room, the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff even more. Nicely located close to a 7-11 and only 10 minute walk to station. For a sure thing, happy to come back here next time in Tokyo.
Was a little disappointed with the view (blocked by construction sheet). The noise from the construction however was not disturbing since we were out and about during the day anyhow.

Our room is very clean; functional with a work table/chair/lamp; and with a spectacular view of the Tokyo Tower, especially at night. What makes this hotel one of the best in Tokyo are the Hotel staff who greet us everyday with a smile; speak English; and help you "live like a local" (which is the hotel's tagline). Another plus point is the hotel's lounge at the 12th floor which offers free Costa coffee (7:00am-17:00pm) and tea (until 24:00). The coffee by the way is superb! Guests can stay in the lounge while sipping coffee and appreciating the view of Tokyo Tower via their panoramic glass window. There is also coin laundry and water dispenser in a separate area in the lounge which are so helpful for travellers like us.

Location and thoughtful and helpful service from the staff. The disappointment was that the 12F lounge was not available due to construction works. This WAS not advi when I made the booking. Not having a space to sit and relax (outside of a small room) was
The top lounge that had had mamy positive reviews. Unhappy yo pay the same amount, with no reduction as compensation, was given by Booking.com. The hotel advised me that Booking.com had been notified before the time of my booking of this situation.

My husband and I stay for 7 nights in LOF Hotel. Although the room is a bit small especially with our 2 big luggages but we managed ok. Shower is good, laundry and tea room upstairs are very good too. The hotel is within walking distance to everywhere and lots of restaurants around too. The staffs are excellent, they are always very helpful and very friendly. We really love our staying there.
Perhaps the lighting in the room is too dim. Need more lighting or brighter light.
