The staff is very helpful, plus the location of the hotel is extremely close to the train station. The rooms are what you would expect of mostly any japanese business hotels, clean and well kept. I would thoroughly recommend any solo traveller to stay in this hotel.
The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and is literally situated in the middle of entertainment district, so noise can be heard from below. Not loud enough to disrupt sleep but just a point to consider. The rooms are small with nary any space to open your luggage. I would recommend solo travellers who just need a roof over their heads and it's a way better option than capsule hotels because the rate is reasonable and the location is superb.

This is room is small (average for Tokyo size) but surprisingly it have small electric kitchen with a pan and ladle, a small washing machine, to dry the washed cloths just hang in the bathroom because there are function for drying in the bathroom. Location wise very near to the JR line station and Ginza line station. About 5-10 minutes walk. Free flow of coffee/soft drink at the lobby. You will get 300 yen refund when check out if you opt for no cleaning service. In exchange, every morning they will hang the new set of towels, 2 bottles of mineral water and a plastic bag for trashes.
I guess everything are good to me.

It was in a good location, in the business center of Tokyo. I like the fact that there were a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, metro it is a 5m walk. The bed itself is quite big and ok to sleep in. They change the towels and give you fresh water each day.
Staff doesn't speak a very good English, you need to communicate using your Google Translate. They also do not consider you too much. Pretty basic. To notice that in the room there were some visible dust (on the top of the TV and on the top of the room phone). Rest of the room was cleaned though. The room is very small, we were 2 (170 cm me and 184 my boyfriend), we had to take turns to move around ahahah There is a smell that arrives from the street and it is noise. So if you have a light sleep, not sure this is for you.

The hotelâs location is exceptional. Itâs near the shinbashi station, close to ginza district and surrounded by many good izakayas and shopping stores. The room was small but comfortable. We enjoyed the bath in the 12th floor. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed for 8 nights and we had a refund of 1800 yens for not using the room service đđ.

The hotel is very well located, less than 5 minutes walking from Shimbashi Station, which has several connections to many major stations. It was very easy to get from one place to another. In addition, there are many restaurants in the area. The room is a great size for one person, it is practical for those who are traveling and will use it for basic things. The staff are attentive and kind and will help you as much as possible.

Facilities: The check-in and check-out processes were very straightforward. The washing machine and coin-operated dryer were easy to use with Google Translate. There is also free coffee in the lobby. The room itself was mostly very clean (minus the bathroom). Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They do not clean every day as it is an eco-service hotel. Nonethless they provide fresh towels and bottled water every day, which is nice. Location: The location is also very good - just a few minutes from Shimbashi station. The family mart next door is also very convenient.
The room itself is small, but normal for Tokyo. Two big sized luggages will need to be juggled around, but doable. The toilet was not super clean when we got there, but usable and very normal by Tokyo standards.

I like the fact that if we dont request a room clean, you get your cleaning fees back at the end. I liked the laundry and dryer options, and of course a public bath! Its location was really good! The employees are so friendly. Even though their english was broken, they tried their best to help me! Thank you very much!
The toilet seat was kind of broken. It has a heating system but not the nozzle. It didnt have the pressure enough.

I loved the hotel and wished I could have stayed longer! Great location: close to subway Shimbashi (2-3min by walk), next to the building a convenient store, lively area. The bed was so comfortable, the little desk was perfect to get myself ready, there was a small washing machine in my room (wow), pretty hotel in general, I heard no noises from the other hotel guests, new towels every day, friendly staff (but English not so well), cleanliness good.
The room is somewhat small. A big normal luggage cant be spread somewhere except on the bed. Since it is a lively area during weekends it can get a bit noisy. Outside noises are hearable.

The hotel is just about 5 minutes walk to JR line station Shimbashi. 10 minutes walk to Ginza Line Shimbashi Station. You can just walk to Ginza (about 15-20 minutes). There are 2 Family mart besides and near to the hotel. The washing machine at Level 12 is free to use (nees to have your own detergent/ buy from the machine) but the dryer machine is 300 yen for 45 minutes. Free flow of coffee/soft drink at the lobby.
The temperature are hard to set.

his hotel is situated on a bustling street, surrounded by an array of restaurants and bars, and it's conveniently located near the train station. Ginza is easily accessible on foot, and there are numerous excellent dining options within walking distance from the hotel entrance. The hotel features a free laundry machine for guests, though there is a charge for using the dryer. Additionally, the hotel offers a nicely appointed bathroom for guest use.
