Amazing location, close to numerous stations, lots of kombini nearby as well as a Donki which might be useful for tourists. The bed was comfy, there was enough space to move and to open a middle size suitcase. There was plenty of space to put things, even though there wasn't a proper wardrobe. You can get free coffee at the reception, store your bags before check-in for free. The air conditioner worked well, and the temperature was good. They say the area can be dangerous but as a female solo traveller I didn't experience any trouble

There wasn't any table lamp in the room. The window was blurred. Also there wasn't any kettle in the room, I saw an ad like you can rent it but it's still not handy. Despite the room being okay, there was mold in the bathroom.

The location is brilliant. Very near to train station and lots of convenient store, Daiso and Mega Don Quijote is just opposite the road. There is also a nearby supermarket nearby and many choices of cheap meals. Direct train to Kansai airport. Free coffee and tea. Microwave and laundry are in the premise too.

No water boiler in the room. No room temperature water available but only hot water is available in the reception area.

Location was very close to train station. Hotel room was spacious compared to hotel at Tokyo. Came with basic amenities like toothbrush, hair dryer and very good quality shower gel and shampoo. Ample hangers provided and space to hang clothes in the room. House keeping once every 3 days but towels and robes can be changed everyday. Even provided face towels! Table in the room to eat supper. Little pantry with coffee, tea and hot water next to lift. Use of clean microwave downstairs at pantry. Even provided umbrellas to use for whole day out when it rained! Allowed storage of big luggage at the hotel after check out till very late at nights.

If Shinsekai is in your itinerary, this hotel is one of the closest to the location. Dobutsuen-Mae Station is the closest station to the hotel. All you have to take is the Midosuji Line and exit through Gate 2. Family mart also is the nearest convenience store. Staff were really and nice and accommodating. The room is small but it fits a solo female traveller like me so I don’t have any issues with it.

The bed squeaks and makes a cracking sound whenever I move around. Also I had a difficult time adjusting the hot water in the shower.

I liked that the staff were friendly and let me stay after check out at the lobby where I enjoyed my breakfast before heading to my appointment. Bonus free coffee anytime☺️ They have a small kitchen which is free of use to the people who are checked in, 3 washers & 3 dryers for those who want to stay longer. I've stayed there a couple of times already and still choose to stay there for my next business trips in osaka.

For the price of some higher end capsule hotels in say Shinsaibashi, you get a private room and private bath. It's close to the Osaka Metro station. Not too far from JR or Nankai station either. You can find convenience stores on the main roads nearby.

The neighborhood the hotel is in does not have the best reputation. But where the hotel is is still fine, being close to train stations.

The staff were great, welcoming, informative and friendly. Good sized room, clean and secure. Great location, close to Shin-Imamiya and Tennōji Station, two minutes from subway Dobutsuen-Mae for M22 and K19. Easy walk to Tsutenkaku Tower area, check out Chitose restaurant, a few minutes walk away for the best okonomiyaki in Osaka. Recommended, I’ll stay again for my next visit.

price is hard to beat prime location with direct train from Kansai airport. spotless clean with friendly&helpful staffs. near JR, Nankai,Subway,and Hankai tram line. Donki, Spa World and Shinsekai is within a walking distance.🩷🩵🩷

The price is great and the location is very convenient for anyone planning on visiting various places in Ōsaka. The staff are helpful. A small kitchen area is provided for travellers who bring food home from a convenience store or supermarket.

The walls are a little thin and the bath is a little smaller than average but the price makes up for all of it.

There is convenient room that close to subway and has convenience store nearby. staff are very nice. also washing machine is so cheap and works well.

somehow about the toilet size that quite fit in with my body lol.
