It was a good value for money as you have a solo room and bathroom, plus the location is really close to train stations, mega don quijote and the famous Tsutenkaku. Really good location. When you are exhausted from USJ, the hotel is just 2 mins away from the station.

The lobby smelled cigarettes... And under the bed is a bit dusty. But it would be minimal things, the room was still good.

I was honestly surprised by how much this place offers for the price. It's one minute from the nearest station and only about five minutes on foot from a major hub, which made getting around Osaka ridiculously easy. Plus, it's close to Tsutenkaku, so there's even a tourist spot right around the corner. The room itself was neat and had some amenities — nothing fancy, but exactly what you'd need for budget travel. What really caught me off guard was the bathroom: oddly spacious and spotless, especially considering how budget-friendly this place is.

No breakfast, and amenities are pretty limited — don’t expect anything extra. But for the price, it’s hard to complain. The location is excellent, the room’s clean, and the bathroom is way better than expected. Ideal for solo or business travelers who just need the essentials.

The Hotel is close to the metro station, which makes it very convenient in Osaka. Receptionists were very helpful, and even kept our parcels for us, we had delivered from online orders. When booking I was looking for something small, where I can have own space, even if it was a small room - this fit perfectly... the room was clean, comfortable. It was in a safe area on a main road. There is a very popular okonomiyaki restaurant a few streets behind, which we loved.

I was aware that it's a basic hotel and knew exactly what I would find. However, even for a basic hotel, they provide everything you need for a good night's sleep. Staff didn't speak much English but they were always willing to help in every way. There was always free coffee, tea and toiletries if you need them. Very pragmatic.

Cleaning ladies were a bit loud since early so you can sleep much past 8 am. This is not good if you need more rest.

The staff was very friendly and so kind. I has been greet by Mr.Kenji. He was so polite and very helpful. One lady which been on duty also help to lend me a type C charger because I left my charger. She also help me to operate the washing machine and dryer due to language barrier which all in Japanese language. Overall I am so happy with this stay. Hope to stay here again in future. Recommended to stay here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was excellent, mere steps away from the train station. Plenty of convenience stores around including just around the corner. A few minutes walk away from major tourist areas. Bed was comfortable, staff was helpful. Laundry in the reception area was great. I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka.

2nd time I stayed at this property. Mostly used google translate for communication, because by japanese got bad as well and not every Staffmember speaks english. But for me it's fine^^ For me the Location is just perfect. Conbinis and even Donki & Daiso are close by. So restaurants and Supermarket. The Tsutenkaku Tower is just arround the Corner. Wanna stay here again.^^

The hotel was close to a JR station and right beside the subway. Also close to an area with good nightlife. The room was small, but this was to be expected. Staff were very helpful and also let me borrow a lower adaptor. I liked how they had a nice seating area right beside the laundry.

The pillow was very small.

- Check in was smooth - Reception was very friendly - Just needed the basics which I really needed - Affordable - Right in front of Dobutsuen-Mae station and short walking distance to Shinsekai. Also, a nice walking distance to Tennoji and Abeno Q's Mall - Clean and neat

- Early check out at 10am - Pillow is way too small. A little bigger pillow would be appreciated.

The staff is really nice, they really want us to feel at ease. There’s an elevator, you can use or rent useful equipment. The Coin laundry really saved my trip .(did not have to get out of the hotel to do it )

I could smell cigarettes in the elevator but besides that everything was good.
