A great spacious little apartment for the price! It's a super affordable place to stay if you have a group. There were 3 couples, and we had enough space. We only had to be mindful about sharing the shower/bathroom. We would often use bathroom in the lobby, so technically two toilets are available. The location was also fairly convenient as you were close to two different subway stations and one JR station.

The bed mattresses and the futons (to sleep on the tatami floor) were on the thinner side. If you're person who needs a plush bed to sleep on then I wouldn't recommend. Most of us slept fine since we were so tired each day from our activities, but some had trouble sleeping.

Our beloved base for discovering Osaka. 10 minutes walk from the metro, and you will have not only a room, but a whole flat. We loved the Japanese style. Spotlessly clean, well equipped place, with a very good aircon.

As the place has dining space, we have used it. And you are in Japan, eating takeaway food = lots of plastic waste. We found it problematic to throw away the thrash, as the owners haven't emptied the bin.

Very nice, cozy and clean place. For 4 people perfect but we fit in group of 6. Futons are very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice equipped with cosmetics, toothbrushes, hairbrushes for everyone, razors, a lot of towels. There is good contact with landlord. Place is located very close to train station Shin-Imamiya-Ekimae and Shinsekai downtown with a lot of bars, restaurants and shops.

Wifi could be better and kitchen annex could include plates and cutleries

We liked the fact that the apartment was very spacious and we had an opportunity to get the feel of a traditional setting with the tatami mats. The apartment was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay including soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. The separate toilet room was also greatly appreciated making it easier for everyone to get ready. The location was one stop away from Dotonbori street where we ate lots of delicious dishes and it was also close to the train so we could visit attractions further away. It was very cool to see the Tsutenkaku tower by the house lit up at night. The apartment was clean and the check-in and out went smoothly. We would definitely recommend this place for families or groups and we would return.

The apartment could use fluffier pillows and maybe a mattress topper to soften them. The towels could be upgraded as well.

The location of the accommodation is very convenient, not far from the JR station and the subway. It is very convenient to go to Shinsaibashi, Dotonjo, Kuromon Market, and even Osaka Castle and Universal Studios. Luggage storage after check-out is also provided, which is very considerate.

The trash can is small, it would be better if there is a laundry service. The bed is also soft, a more comfortable arrangement can be considered.

Shower is a little tricky but it is water-conserving which is good. Wish there was a washer dryer on-site but there is a laundromat just down the road.

The unit is big with 2 queen beds. They provide enough futon and beddings for 4 people. The toiletries are great.

Although its a 10 min walk to shin imamiya train station, there are shops and restaurants along the way. So it makes the walk bearable and enjoyable

I was happy to stay here hotel. And It was big enough for my family 4 people. I will stay here next time also, but it was little inconvenience about check in information. It meant, the hotel gave me, very short notice. Otherwise I am all good with this hotel. Thanks

It was near a lot of known landmarks in Japan. The room was spacious. My family of 7 had a great time there.
