Location was very close to Shin Osaka station. There is a 7/11 store next door! The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a little hard for my preference, but many would probably be happy with them. Cleaning is every three days, which suited me to a tee! For those who like a fresh towel daily, a care package is hung on your door every day. If you bring it in, you have two packages to add to your storage problem!

The room was very small. There was nowhere to put clothes, just a hanging rail. Might as well leave everything else in the suitcase! Space for it was hard to find!

The hotel is near Shin Osaka station, this was convenient because we traveled from this station every day during our stay. The hotel was really clean and there was an amenity package provided every day. Breakfast was delicious, there were plenty of options to choose from, view from the restaurant was amazing. The staff was very friendly.

The room was quite small. There is an airport nearby, so sometimes we could hear planes landing and taking off.

Tall, very tall. Fantastic views from the 31st floor, fast wifi, decent TV choices, comfortable beds. Great location about 5 mins away from Shin-Osaka station and probably 8-9 mins away from the Shinkansen platforms. Washing machines and dryers in the lobby worked really well. The building has an open core. As we were on floor 31 this was windy and felt very strange. I liked it once I got used to it.

Lifts. We were at the top so could get on first but going down at peak times meant crowded lifts. The building has an open core. See my picture. This feels very strange.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic! There was a wide variety of food options to choose from, and the selection was truly amazing. They offered both continental and Japanese dishes, providing a delightful culinary experience. In terms of location, it was very convenient. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk away from Shin-Osaka train station and the metro, making it easy to access and explore different parts of Osaka. Overall, I had a great experience with a delicious breakfast selection and a convenient location at APA Hotel Shin Osaka-Eki Tower.

In my opinion, everything at APA Hotel Shin Osaka-Eki Tower was really goodt, and I couldn't find any areas that needed improvement. The staff members were extremely helpful and polite, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I have no complaints or issues to mention as my experience was overall outstanding.

Location is excellent , 10 mins walk to Shin-Osaka JR station (Central Exit) and <5 mins to Shin-Osaka subway station (Exit 7). There is a 7-Eleven convenience store next to the property . Also a family-mart, few restaurants and a Pizza-Hut outlet nearby. Staffs (at reception and restaurant) were nice and we didn't have any trouble communicating.

Breakfast spread is mostly Japanese. But there were still something for everyone I felt.

Chain hotel business, so it’s very reliable. Close to Shin Osaka JR station, about 5 minutes walk. Convenience stores close by. Staff is polite and helpful. They let me store luggages overnight when I stayed the night at another town (it was allowable to store luggages on the day of check in, and the day of check out). Other facilities were clean and practical.

Double room is quite small with no space for bug luggages. I recommend reserving at least Queen room for 2 travelers. Automatic check-in machine is a bit too confusing to use, I think it’s better for the staff to return to the old fashion way of checking documents.

Location was perfect (3 min from Metro, 5 min from Shin-Osaka Station). The breakfast is at the 32th floor, the view is brilliant, and the quality of the breakfast is exceptionally good.

I did not know, that we will have no view from the room (4th floor, non-transparent window glass).

Very clean, quiet, excellently located. Two convenience stores rigt outside the entrance. The view from my room was amazing. The Yodogawa river with its skyscrapers is so gorgeous at night.

The hotel has 32 floors (almost all of them for guests), but only 3 elevators, which made going down to the lobby at the checkout time very difficult. Me and other guests on a high floor waited 20 min before we could board an elevator. Something to consider in case you have a train to catch.

The toiltetries were always replenished. There is a laundry service that you could avail in the reception and a microwave for food heating. The reception team also helped us when we requested an iron for our clothes and assisted with a plastic to cover our stroller when it was raining. Very helpful staff. There are alot of eat options in the area.

Hard to think of.

The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk from the train station to the hotel. The rooms are new and clean.

-Although the hotel is very close to the station, the exit from the station is only via stairs, there are no elevators or escalators. If you arrive with large suitcases you will need to exit the train station via another exit and will likely have to walk further. But for entering the station there have an escalator. -The rooms are quite small, not suitable for people traveling with many large bags.
