Excellent location a short walk to ski resort and bus line and wonderful hosts who are genuinely welcoming and always willing to help you have a great experience. Archie, Andrew, Cynthia, Suzy and Chloe were all excellent! Such kind and friendly people and always willing to share local knowledge and tips for the mountain and area. My husband was fortunate to ski with Archie and Andrew one day and not only did he have a blast with them, it also helped him become familiar with Niseko and find great runs. I can't say enough good things about our experience staying at this lodge! Cozy, comfortable, convenient, and clean. It was also a great way to meet like-minded travelers from all over the world and truly gave us a more interesting travel experience for sure.

The breakfast was delicious and convenient but could get a little repetitive after multiple days. We found ways to get creative and they would try to change things up a little here and there.

The staff were friendly and gave the lodge an inclusive atmosphere catering to families, solo travellers, lively groups and couples looking for a more relaxed getaway. The breakfast was a great way to fuel each day on the slopes and had many options including crispy bacon, eggs, toast, various cereals, juice and coffee. The lodge is only a few minutes walk to the ski resort making it a good option to come back for lunch before heading out again in the afternoon. The building itself is well equipped with a drying room, ski/board storage, showers, kitchen and cozy common area with a fireplace.

Unfortunately Annupuri doesn’t have a large convenience store and has far fewer dining options than Hirafu so you may need to book in advance. The shuttle bus can get extremely crowded when the top lifts are closed due to wind so I’d recommend planning out your trips accordingly. However, staff were very accomodating and helped out guests with pick-ups/drop-offs as well as picking up food from Kutchan/Hirafu if they were passing through.

My experience at Annupuri Oasis Lodge was just so incredible. I went into the stay feeling a little nervous about my first experience solo travelling, but the atmosphere in the lodge was so amazing in making me feel instantly at ease. The staff are just so wonderful, really integrating every guest as a new friend joining their group, and going above and beyond to make sure every worry is addressed. The lodge itself was so warm (the wood burner/stove was a particularly awesome feature!), clean and well furnished, and in such perfect location to access the quieter Annupuri ski area (where I had my best runs across the whole Niseko United area), and the wonderful onsen at the Iroha hotel. I also LOVED the fact that the staff were keen in gathering groups to all go out skiing together and to guide you based on their knowledge of the mountain; this was great for me travelling on my own, and wanting to gain access to the best Japow!

The heartbreak I feel upon having left🥲

Our group of three stayed at Oasis Lodge Annupuri for a week, and we absolutely loved it! The lodge has the charm of a classic ski chalet, with a cosy and relaxed vibe that makes you feel right at home. The manager and his team were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, far exceeding what we would have expected. Their kindness and support made our stay even more special. The whole place felt warm and inviting, perfect after a day on the slopes. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place that makes you feel good inside and out. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for an amazing week!

Archie and the crew at Annupuri Oasis were extremely hospitable. They sent someone to come pick me up from the shuttle bustop from the airport and Archie himself offered to drive me to the bustop as I was leaving. The place has a very warm atmosphere and it feels like everyone has known eachother for years - like a big family. Location is awesome, just a short walk to Annupuri ski resort and the bustops for the Niseko United Shuttle and the airport shuttle. Very good value considering I booked very last minute and most options were at least double that. Buffet breakfast was delicious as well. Facilities were comfortable and clean and never felt it was too cold - especially in the dead of winter. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again the next time in Niseko. Thanks again team at Annupuri Oasis Lodge.

Amazing location just 5min walk to the gondola and shuttles, great hot breakfast, comfy bed, really great value. They also provided 5 star service ahead of arriving, offering useful information and support. No bath but 10min walk to a great onsen.

Can’t complain about anything given the value, comfort, and service, but more fyi to set expectations—bring ear plugs as walls can be thin (common in Japan), especially if you’re in the dorm, and Annupuri can be a bit isolated if you don’t have a car or don’t want to book a taxi —you have to plan ahead more for dinners or going out. Again, this is just to set expectations—I still highly recommend Annupuri!

The breakfast was A class! The staff were amazing and very accommodating, I felt right at home. Amazing hosts, seriously, couldn't recommend this place enough. Annupuri is probably one of my favourite mountains to ski on out of all the mountains (quieter). If you are traveling solo, it'll be a breeze to meet people and adventure together!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to stay here, you won't regret it :)

The heater at times can be toooo hot! If you've got roomates just talk to them and see if they're okay with turning it off!

Annapuri Oasis was absolutely amazing. The Annapuri area is the best area to experince the "skibum" lifestyle and a overall more down to earth vibes. The staff was amazing here and you get to meet so many nice and interesting people. This breakfast was great every day and the help was amazing. Overall an amazing experince and reccomend it for anyone who wants to get away from the tourist area and experience Niseko more authentically.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The lodge is situated in a more local area with restaurants and it’s less crowded compared to Hirafu. The staff was incredible, I had the chance to cook dinner and they even showed me around the different places to ski. Would recommend!

What didn't we like. Everyone was very caring, helpful, and a good laugh and the complimentary breakfast was amazing each morning. The common areas were always friendly and the rooms themselves were very cosy, clean and nice. A great location to Annupuri resort and there was plenty of food options around.
