Breakfast was just perfect - the kids were happy to cook fresh waffles and eat sliced fruits. Grown-ups were enjoying the variety of cold buffet fish and other delicacies. The location is just 2 minutes walk from Potsdamer Platz and that means all important sightseeing was within reach for us. We also got a free family-room upgrade which we much appreciated!

The sauna located in the gym can house only 1 to max 2 people. We thought we could go in as family with 2 smaller children, but it was too small. But kids liked the view from the gym and enjoyed themselves anyway.

- In addition to the standard German pillows (flat and thin), it would be great to offer firmer and more voluminous alternatives. - Using the stairs should be easier; on our room floor, all the stair accesses we checked were marked as emergency exits only. This forced us to use the elevator each time. - Is it really necessary to include milk in almost every type of bread?

The hotel offered an outstanding experience, with excellent service and a prime location on Potsdamer Platz, putting everything within easy reach. The breakfast was superb, with an impressive variety of options to satisfy any preference, and the rooms were spacious, functional, and designed with a clean, Scandinavian aesthetic that added to the overall comfort. Having a metro station within the building and a store next door made the stay even more convenient, while the surrounding restaurants provided endless dining choices. Altogether, it was a perfect blend of style, convenience, and thoughtful details.

Great breakfast, location, beds were comfortable and there were fine indoor parking facilities. The hotel had everything you need for shorter stay all the key things needed to give you a good nights sleep, top breakfast to start the day and a central location in a quiet street.

Some pleces in the room were found bit dusty, one drinking glass had not been washed properly, and the room started having signs of due maintenance, the shower were difficult to install warm or cold and the sliding bathroom door needed adjustment to avoid opening on it own about 8 cm. Minor things.

Excellent breakfast choices. Really clean rooms, though at request. The staff were really, really helpful, which was amazing. It really improves the standard of accommodation! The cocktails in the bar were really good and it was such a beautiful and romatic bar!

I had to ask for the room to be cleaned. For a four star hotel, I would have hoped this was standard. The WiFi was really bad in my room and I would not be able to receive or make calls, which was really annoying. Opted to roam, though not expensive, was an unnecessary expense.

Room was nice. We had two single beds. The bathroom was quire big. The breakfasts were great with lots of options. Walking distance to Potsdamer Platz and other tourist attractions. Very near to the train station

They don't automatically clean your room everyday. You have to request that your room is cleaned before 11am. We didn't realise this initially and then only noticed a small sign in the room stating this. However, we then rang reception and asked if we could get more towels (even though it was after 11am), and they said no problem. They actually did clean the room after we requested, even though it was about an hour after 11am when we requested it.

We were upgraded from a family room to two interconnecting rooms which we really appreciated. The room were very pretty and beds were comfortable. Children were given cocktail vouchers for the bar which they loved. The bar was really lovely, excellent wines and cocktails, with a happy hour and a sweet children’s area. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The price of breakfast! Unfortunately as my children (aged 13 & 14) were counted as adults, it would have cost us nearly €100 per day for breakfast at the hotel. We ate our breakfast outside of the hotel for this reason.

The location was great, it was quiet and there was an ubahn station next to the hotel. The hotel staff was really polite and helpfully

1. Every channel on tv was translated in german which was pretty annoying since there was no option on the tv menu 2. The cleaning service was unacceptable. The first time only the towels were changed and the floor was full of dust. The second day we left two used spoons on the counter (in order to find clean/new ones) and we came back only to find the exact same spoons on the fridge. I respect your policy of not cleaning every day, but this is outrageous.

, location was excellent A few minutes walk to postdamer platz , handy for the S+U bahn , easy walking distance to the brandenburg gate, Hotel was very modern , bright , clean, and environmental friendly, staff very friendly helpful, and welcoming Rooms were nice, decent size, comfortable bed , bathroom was decent size, shower was OK, Breakfast was superb, buffet style and plenty of variety of hot and cold food, also they catered for people who are lactose intolerant and had gluten free options , Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Delicious breakfasts, friendly service, beautiful city views, and close proximity to tourist attractions. We especially enjoyed the creative idea of the clock displayed on the TV during breakfast.

I had a room with a beautiful window between the bathroom and the bedroom, decorated with a floral design, which looked stunning but wasn't very functional for me. I stayed with my two daughters, and since we woke up quite early, using the bathroom and turning on the light would shine directly onto the beds, waking them up. The same issue happened at night if someone needed to use the bathroom. We had a room for three people. The main beds were very comfortable, but the third fold-out bed was not ideal for an adult.
