Location is excellent. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was good although there could have been more fruit, and printed menu would have been better. Laundry facilities a real bonus.

Difficult to control temperature in room. We had to call down to reception twice during the night to have the heat turned down. The duvet was smaller than the mattress which was very annoying. There are no "grip" bars on the tub which made it very slippery and quite dangerous. Would have preferred a printed menu for breakfast. It was difficult to order eggs and accompaniments verbally. There was a very poor map of the city. Very slow service in Qui the night we arrived.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel adjacent to Potsdamer Platz. Very accommodating staff, exceptional breakfast in a beautiful setting.

The only negative was on our final morning prior to departure. We had an early pickup for the airport, prior to breakfast hours. The hotel staff arranged to have a care package for my wife and I which was much appreciated. The only negative was that we asked for vegetarian and the sandwiches provided contained meat and cheese. The staff were very apologetic but it was too late to remedy this. Overall, this was the only negative and I would highly recommend the Mandala.

The Mandala hotel excided our expectations. Our room (management suite) was very spacious, and included a closet room and a balcony, both very usefull. The location was perfect, in a walking distance from Potsdamer Platz , the Philharmonic hall, the Mall of Berlin , the Cultur Forum with beautiful museums ,and many more attractions. Breakfast was the best we ever had, with a great variety of foods, especially great pastries. We were wating every mornig to enjoy it. The staff was always willing to help, very friendly and kind. All in all it is a wonderfull hotel, and we will surely return.

I love how central the hotel is, besides that, the hotel and the hotelroom are very nice, more than enough space, plenty of comfort. Even though the hotel is quite expensive, they don't try to over charge you for using the mini-bar for example, very respectable hotel.

The very first day the heat was cranked up to the max in the hotel room and there isn't like a central point to regulate the heat. In the end we manually adjusted the heat of the radiators, which made it much nicer. One small thing, was the smell of weed in the hallway towards our room, we do know that the hotel used an air purifier in the hallway to get rid of it, since they clearly noticed that themselves too, which seem to help for sure.

Almost….Everything about the property was excellent. Location, breakfast,staff,room, spa fitness room(although small, it was enough) just one small thing that wasn’t….. the pillows were not to my liking, the staff did find some alternatives which were ok, but still not that comfortable.

It sounds ridiculous really given how amazing the rest of the hotel was, but Pillows, despite offering a pillow menu! The options didn’t seem to be readily available. Housekeeping could only provide 1 firm pillow between the both of us, the regular pillows were very very soft…… which made sleeping uncomfortable.

The design of the studio bedroom was excellent. It had a full desk with swivel chair in addition to an armchair and ottoman; a kitchenette area for coffee with fridge, kettle, cups and tea and coffee things; a large and comfortable bathroom with all the accoutrements; and an enclosed closet space with shelves, hangers and a space for setting out a suitcase. Great bed, linens, pillows and down comforters completed the feeling of luxury.

As usual, it took a little while to get used to all the buttons controlling the lights; however, the lighting itself was very helpful.

Stayed at the Mandala Hotel for the second time. It's a great hotel, right next to the Tiergarten and Potsdamer Platz. The U-bahn station is 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast is great, with fresh juices, good hot beverages, variety of bread, yogurts, and more. I would defiantly be happy if it served more fresh vegetables.

One thing to note is that the regular rooms are so good, that paying extra for the suite a waste of money. I stayed in the regular last year and took the suite this year, and there's no real advantage to the suite. There's even a disadvantage as the (amazing) bathroom is next to the bed in the suite, and its glass doors do not block the light from the bathroom, which can be annoying if you're a light-sleeper and your partner turns on the light in the middle of the night.

This was one of the most comfortable hotels experiences we ever had, at a great price to value ratio. - The room is spatious, with a huge bathroom, a walk-in closet, a kitchenette, a couch and a desk. - The bed was perfect to sleep in - and you have blackout curtains in case you enjoy afternoon naps. - It was quiet, you couldn't hear anything from outside or inside the hotel (this one's really important to us). - The bathroom products smelled goooood. - Smooth, fast internet connection. - Friendly hotel staff (also, impressive english accents). - If you're a runner, do note that the hotel is close to Tiergarten - a huge lovely park full of other runners. And the location is central overall, with public transport stations that connect you to anywhere you'd like to go. p.s .We didn't get a chance to test the spa, gym or the breakfast.

Nothing to say here, really. Everything was great.
