It’s in a convenient place for me (next to the office), it is quiet, well equipped room - bath, tea kettle, etc. The staff was very nice letting me check in earlier, they are friendly and welcoming.

I missed having a couple of tea bags to make tea in the room. Would have completed the experience 😊

Great stay and value for money. Clean room, with a decent amount of space. Convenient location, close to subway and bus station and many attractions within walking distance. Was good having the fridge and kitchenette. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Kitchenette more for making small things rather than full meals as hob and pans provided quite small, but still great to be able to buy things and store in fridge and prepare some meals. Hotel reception is only available Monday to Friday- this was fine for us but just something to be aware of.

Large and comfortable room and very clean and large bathroom. Really close to train for easy access anywhere in the city. We took breakfast as well and it was ample and varied with a good selection and nice homey touches. Awesome soundproofing in windows!

The room was a bit hot and stuffy - we weren’t able to control the temperature at all- we were able to open the windows to air out the room but because we were on the first floor and the hotel is right near the train we kept the windows closed at night.

This comfortable and attractive apartment is compact, but well designed. It is located within easy walking distance to the U-Bahn and shops. We particularly appreciated the free laundry facilities in the basement.

The kitchen is too compact for those wishing to prepare their own meals. At one point the induction stovetop stopped working, but was quickly replaced with a portable temporary stovetop by the helpful staff at the front desk.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first time was before Covid, then it was practically new. Now the hotel is in excellent condition, convenient contactless registration, receiving a key card via machine, excellent location and accessibility to most of the main attractions of Berlin on foot or with S-bahn. Great possibility to book the parking place in the underground garage for a car.

I can't point anything out. I would like to have an oven or microwave in the room for heating semi-finished products. But this is just a hotel, and the description does not include full kitchen equipment.

The hotel was nice and quiet, with comfortable rooms. Bathroom large and clean. Free wifi worked well. Breakfast buffet was small, but was only 10Euros, and was fine. Location was good for three U-lines for trains. Nice small park right next to hotel.

Room heating didn't work, which made it a bit cold. Staff were pleasant, but not particularly cheery or warm. Staff finish at 10pm which was fine until I had a room key not work and had to try to find someone.

I stayed for one night and was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, the quiet views towards the inner garden and the amenities in the room (I thad some cutlery, cups, plates, etc, also a small stove, sink, kitchen cabinets). The staff at the reception was very friendly, but I stayed only for a single night, so I can't tell much. I got a reduced rate on Booking.com and was quite happy with it.

The only thing not working in the room was the waster bin in the bathroom.

My friend and I came as tourists. Very cozy and comfortable room, clean and pleasant. It was very valuable to us that there was a small kitchen. Very caring and pleasant communication. Even messages were answered quickly, even before arrival. Convenient location, close to the metro, 10 minutes to grocery stores and cafes, easy and quick access to the center, the quarter is very aesthetic and cozy. I highly recommend, I was very happy with my choice

Good facilities, clean, well equipped kitchenette, closet, large bathroom. There is a laundry room in the basement where you can wash clothes and iron. The neighborhood right around the building seemed nice. The metro stop is 5 minute walk away. It was quiet. I arrived around noon and it was possible to leave my suitcase at the reception until check-in. The self check in machine worked well.

In order to have your room cleaned that day, you have to hang the notice on your door before 8 a.m. (when you might still be sleeping). If you hang it later, it won't be cleaned.

Have parking places in basement. Spacious place for clothes in wardrobe. Feeling cozy there. Dishes and cutlery for three people. From the hotel its easy to get to Potsdamer Platz on foot in like 20 min.

Cannot fix it - you have to sleep with closed windows because of U1 line in less than 100 m in direct sight. Trains quite noisy and running frequently also at night. I would like to live there permanently but on city break that is ok.
