The staff were very nice, helpful and accomodating, the common areas were fun to hang out in, I met warm and friendly people, I wish I could have stayed more. There is a cool vibe in this hostel. You can cook food in the kitchen if you want to, there is free food, I loved the kitchen's design. I also liked that the hostel was close to Milan Central station, it wasn't difficult for me to find it after arriving in the bus from the airport. It was also easy for me to visit Como and comeback since the train station is close. Metro station is adjacent to the train station, to visit Duomo take the yellow line to San Donato.

The size of the room was enough for 2 people. Kitchen facilities are very useful. The staff at the reception are friendly. A fun hotel for young people

We went to the bar at the entrance and asked for coffee for a welcome drink. The blonde staff at the bar said the coffee machine was broken. He forced us to give another drink. When we try to learn other options he behaved rude.

I loved the sense of community between staff, travellers and locals. It is such a nice mix of global travellers and locals who just hang out or work there because it is a great place to be. It is really well run and people are warm, kind and welcoming, early or late. It felt very safe too. In terms of travelling it is a great based for the city of Milan with links from the airport dropping you 200m away at the central station. The central station will get you to loads of the main destinations in Italy and Central Europe. Many nights they provide free food (pasta, bread salad) which is tasty and substantial. There is also a kitchen on the top floor where you can cook food, but they provide pasta fruits, vegetables and other essential, free of charge!! The bar is fun and the paid food from the kitchen is good and affordable. On Sunday nights there is a family dinner where you can join in with preparation or just sit down and enjoy. Thanks Anthony! Absolutely every night has some sort of entertainment, whether it is karaoke (be prepared) or live local artists. Again, the central station is nearby and there is a surprisingly good food market, similar to Timeout. It is literally around the corner and open early to late.

I have nothing bad to say, I got far more than I expected, asked for or paid for.

The room I stayed in was nice, in terms of size it was enough for 5 people we were staying in. as for the accommodation in general it was very nice with lots of spaces where you could relax. the breakfast was very nice and relatively rich, the staff was pleasant and smiling. it was also only a few meters from milan's main station where one can take a metro, train or bus to get to either the city center, the airport or another city. in general it was a very nice experience and i plan to visit again when i go to milan again Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Clean and comfortable place. I've never stayed in a hostel before but the staff and other guests were all very friendly. I had the breakfast on one of the days which I believe was €5 and was basic buffet style and nice enough for the price. It seemed a bit of a party hostel but you couldn't hear any of the noise from downstairs in the rooms. Overall was a great trip and I enjoyed myself a lot. It is also right by the central station which is very handy for getting back to the airport, especially if you're on an early return flight like I was

As a woman predominantly wandering around by herself, I found the general area around the hostel a bit intimidating in the dark. Several times I was accosted by random men who hung out around the station area and wouldn't leave me alone. They kept trying to follow me back to the hostel, though they did immediately back off and leave when I took out my phone (I think they thought I was going to call the police). This isn't a problem with the hostel specifically, but just a warning to have your wits about you in the area in the evenings!

This hostel is a great place to stay! 8 mins walk from train station. There is a good vibe here and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and included. Rooms were good size with on suite bathroom. There is free pasta every night at 8pm, and a kitchen with free food and tea and coffee which you can help yourself to. Saw lots of people here cooking and hanging out. There is events every night at 9pm. Drink prices are reasonable. The terrace is really pretty and they have a nice chill out room. I am a solo traveller over 40 and felt comfortable here. Mostly young people but saw a good age range. Iv stayed in 2 ostello bello hostel now and i think they are great!!

It's about 45 min walk to cathedral and central milan but if you don't mind walking that's fine. I'd rather be near train station.

For it's price this hostel did everything right. All the basics were there and very functional. Clean, working wifi, beds, electronic door lock system makes you feel more comfortable, working AC - a rarity in hostels, nice and social during the night, guitars + music instruments + boardgames. Both a rooftop and a ground floor place to chill. Bathroom clean. There was a live music show in the night. It has a quiet and nice coworking space vibe in the morning. Answers all of your questions before you ask: there is a sign placed strategically for many things you might think to ask, which made me feel comfortable. You can store/ leave your luggage on a protected place in the entrance lobby.

A retractable mosquito net on the windows would be an extra thing that would work well. We forgot the window open and we had about a million mosquitoes inside our house. Perhaps keep the windows closed. The room was right next to the street light which acted as a lighthouse for every possible mosquito in the area. lol. I killed them one by one like a hunter. Staff gave us a recommendation for food, but it was kind of mid. Still grateful though. Can't get the best recco's everytime. The lockers inside the room should have a bigger hole. My small padlock couldn't even fit through the hole even though it was very thin. These are minor, but going for 9/10 so the management can keep them in mind. Otherwise i would give this a 10/10.

the central location, it's only 3 mins walking from Milano Centrale which is perfect cause a lot of restos nearby as well. there's always something going on at the lobby, such as standup comedy. in my case it was Euro final so the place was lively! bar and resto downstairs are vegan friendly, there's laundry room for 8euro, and the kitchen was huge. they have free garlic, pasta, pasta sauce for guests to cook with, and i really appreciate it (as somebody who loves to cook!)

my bed was just slightly slanted to the right, and the AC in my dorm was timed for only 2 hours, so need to manually turn it on when it's off

exellent bar & kitchen menu with quality food and drinks (including tea and coffe). Location is just perfect (the best) most of the "highlights of Milano" are in walking distance, exellent conections with public transport to all over Milano metropolitan area, the fastest and safest conection from Centrale to Malpensa and back. exellent entertaiment every day. Smile faces and friendly conversations from staff, all of them very helpfull - greetings to Alessia on front desk.
