Breakfast is not big enough

breakfast, it was in a cafe and was just croissant, coffee and juice. i choose hotel with breakfast always, if i want this, i can find myself cafe for morning coffee

Great experience to stay at Milan. We love the classic big doors entrance gate, the lift, pretty stairs, the city view from the room. Super clean and near to the station. Alot of restaurants open until late around the hotels. The room was spacious and Tania hospitality was great. Funny things was there is bidet set on the bathroom which we don’t know how to use, we watch youtube to learn. Thank you.

The room was little bit cold in March. We use the heater but not enough to warm the room. Need to use warm clothes for sleep.

The Aiello is located in a large building very close (5 minutes) to Milano's Stazione Centrale. A great room with comfortable bed and bathroom with cleaning service and ample space for luggage, one cannot beat the Aiello's cost and proximity to the metro (or walks) and everything Milano offers. Arriving late at night by train was not an issue as the staff, including Tania, who were extremely helpful and generous from start to finish. With a cafe and market down the street, you have easy access to all basic requirements within minutes. I will certainly stay again!

Conveniently accessible from Milano Centrale Train Station, Metro/Subway or Taxi stands. Please note, in Milan, taxis typically only pick up passengers at designated taxi stands, so plan accordingly.

Breakfast is served at the bakery on the corner, just a block away. It includes an espresso, a croissant, and a small glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. For me, not sufficient, since I like to eat good before adventure in the city.

Room quite large. Shower room fine. We were in the room for about 6 and a half hours in between journeys to and from Milano Centrale. Convenient location for the station

No staff encountered. Entrance by keypad and entry code. Noise in corridor from other residents’ coming/going. Keypad at entrance from street badly lit and therefore difficult to use.

Modern, very clean and well equipped room! Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Central train station and Metro station (yellow line will connect you fast and directly with the Duomo station and city center). Great thanks for the special rate for Ukrainian refugees and it was a big pleasure to meet a Ukrainian girl, who works at the reception, she was very friendly and helpful ! NB! The hotel occupied only one ( third) floor in the building, so don't try to find separate building, you need to find old style door :) and press the button "Aielo hotel" on intercom. (-) the fridge in the room was a little bit noisy

The hotel is located within an old building which overall adds a nice charm. The rooms are modern and probably newly renovated. Very clean and fairly spacious. Has all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. I got there late but the property manager shared detailed information so it was easy to find the place and get into the room. They seem available via WhatsApp or the booking app 24/7 which is nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the big bathroom with chic tiles and all the freebies they give you in the bathroom. I wasn't expecting free slippers or a toothbrush and toothpaste. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked amazingly.

I was just a bit confused about how we would have got in after reception left at 16:30. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and 45 minutes and I got a whatsapp message when I arrived about check-in and the reception staff only being there to 16:30 and we ended up getting there for around 16:20. There were instructions but I don't know who would have buzzed us into the main building because it wasn't just a hotel it was like an apartment building and the hotel was just on the third floor.

Location was great as it was near the train station and it also felt very secure as the hotel is on the 3rd floor and felt safe and quiet.

It was a little difficult to find as the hotel occupies the third floor of a block and I could only see the name of the hotel on a brass panel near the locked main door.
