Very modern and well laid out apartment. Big for family 4. Good beds and the location is only 5-7 mins walk from the main train station. Very good traditional bakery by the corner, turn left when you exit the building. Supermarket is nearby again on the left of the building exit 2 mins walk. Everything is done via WhatsApp. Door code and directions.

Very clean, modern and with almost everything you might need

The location is not so nice! However 3 stops away from Duomo by metro ( metro station is around 4 mins walk!) The fridge has a very bad smell. No housekeeping,so in case you are staying for a long time, expect that you will clean by yourself, buy paper towels, and take out the trash. The space is very small, barely enough for 4 people! (They mentioned that the apartment is 4) when clearly its not!

Good location close to the train station (<10 min walk), close to metro (5 min walk), close to shopping street (5 min walk) and close to grocery store (2 min walk). Several options for cheap take-aways if your are eating at the apartment. The neighbourhood is alright if you don't mind lots of "friendly" graffiti on the neighbouring buildings :) We had no issues with the neighbourhood. Good space within apartment. Two bathrooms. Separate air condition in each room. All essential equipment, like dishwasher, washing machine with laundry rack, iron with ironing board, a nice gas stove and Nespresso machine, we used it all and it all worked well. We were 10 days and it seems that the apartment is cleaned once a week and the staff notifies you via text message when apartment will be cleaned, which is nice. The WiFi got disconnected one evening but staff were quick to order repair and it got fixed the morning after. Staff is good in answering messages via Booking.

Door could be difficult to open. Sometimes the rotary handle did not catch the locking mechanism to open the door. It seemed if the rotary handle was turned several rounds to the right before trying again with the code, it would eventually manage to catch the locking mechanism to open the door, but it could require several "nerve-racking" retries :) The time between entering the code and activation of the door handle is short, so you must be quick. The location is close to the train station so you will hear trains arriving, but it didn't bother us that much.

Wonderful stay! It was clean, had great A/C, bed was comfortable, spacious, great WIFI, easy to enter, had an elevator, easy to get to from the train station, quiet, great kitchen, and responsive hosts. We utilized the washing machine and drying rack which was very helpful since we were at the end of our Europe trip. They also supplied all the toiletries you could need!

Location was near the train station, however, it was on a very busy street that had questionable characters on it at night. We could hear the person above us walking around. So if you're a light sleeper this may not be the place for you.

Flat is in a great location, close to the shopping street of Corso Buenos Aires, with the tube and with trams running outside. We were in the inner building, which meant that the flat was quiet. Rules are great with silent time from 10pm-8am. Access was easy, with excellent communication. Everything was supplied, including tablets for washing machine and dishwasher and we were very pleased to find a tea towel (this sounds odd, but often owners forget to supply one, which makes things awkward!), basic cooking ingredients and kitchen roll. Bathroom was supplied with lovely towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion; the bed was big and very comfortable. The flat was warm and welcoming, essential instructions were on stickers around the flat and it was easy to take rubbish and recycling out to the bins. A great stay and both a flat and rental company that I'd highly recommend.

Frankly, there was nothing we didn't like!

It is a fantastic location, well connected and beautifully presented! I stayed here with 3 friends for a city break trip, and we had a fab time. The apartment was lovely, clean, modern, with luxurious finishings. The two bathrooms were perfect. We never had a problem managing time. All was quiet, temperature easy to regulate, towels and bedsheets aplenty and the tea was delicious! The beds were very comfy. We slept super well. Very well situated close-by to supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, metro and central statuon - it was the best location for us. We opted for the late checkout the night before, which was managed super easily - the app is brilliant, and the frequent whatsapp communication helps a lot! At checkout we were stuck in traffic and arrived a tiny bit later, they quickly extended our stay a bit longer so we had time to get our things, super professional and friendly! We would definitely book again - truly better than some 4-star hotels in this area of Milan!

All was fantastic!

We liked the way to check in… it was pretty easy to get to the property with instructions made by Numa staff at the confirmation email. Location is a plus! Very close to Milano Centrale Station. Lot of restaurants, tram lines and mini shops around. First impressions: stunning! Big room. It was well prepared for the group, clean and with the tool box ready (towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body cream, toilet paper, etc.) WiFi available and reliable. Coaches and mattresses comfy. No issues with air conditioning. Heater was a little bit complicated to regulate but it worked. Check out process easier than check in!

Location is a little unsafe at certain times. Lot of weird people around even if it’s not too late night. But once you’re inside the property… you take a breath and everything comes calm to normality

The location is easily reachable by tram, metro or on foot from the city centre. The apartment is of decent size. The cot was prepared before we checked in. There were two occasions where we had to contact their staff. They were responsive (instant replies) and solved the problems on the spot - very impressive!

The nespresso machine was good to have but it took us a bit of time to figure how to use it. Would be equally happy if we were provided with the conventional instant coffee - as this is Milan we have easy access to great coffee in the city :) At night the street outside the entrance could be a bit chaotic with small groups of teenagers around but it's nothing to do with the property.

We liked everything. There was nothing much to not like about it. The process to check in was smooth, and it was fabulous to have the family stay together in one apartment. Initially we worried about only having one bathroom but there are actually 2; it's just that there is only one bathroom with a shower stall. We appreciated having the washer dryer and especially a drying rack as it was a little rainy when we were there. And all the extra essentials like toilet paper etc are easily found and retrievable. Good location too, near enough to the train station where some of us bussed in from the Milan Linate Airport

Just some minor suggestions for improvement - brighter lighting!

Great location, just few minutes away from Milan Centrale, clean, complete facilities like kitchen utilities l, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

The bed at 204 was very uncomfortable. There was no support under the mattress, so we literally were falling off the bed when we lie down because there was nothing underneath to support. My 2-year old son fell at the edge because the bed was so uneven. Please replace your bed frame for future guests. Aside from the bed, everything else was very nice.
