Good location, close to underground etc, clean and tidy rooms and lovely staff

Brilliant location, within easy walking distance of some famous landmarks and very close to Berlins amazing underground system. Beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was extensive and well presented. Staff were attentive.

Whilst our room had everything you required, it was the most compact hotel room I've ever stayed in. if our stay was longer than the 2 days we needed, it would have been rather claustrophobic! I accept that this is the capital of Berlin, but for the room size verses the cost, it was certainly the most expensive stay in our 7 week European tour.

Location is excellent, 20 min on foot to Postdamer Platz, 15min on foot to Checkpoint Charlie, 20 min on foot to Berliner Dom and Museumsinsel, 20 min on foot to Unter den Linden. The hotel is located in a quite street. There is a wee store just around the corner in case you need anything. Breakfast is really excellent, continental, English, take your pick. The whole lobby area is great. The room, including bathroom is very clean.

Rooms are very small without any proper storage space. There is no space for a desk. So, if you are here on business, you'll have to work in the lobby.

Titanic Comfort is a great hotel for the price you pay. Yes, as mentioned in many reviews, the rooms are small, but this is clearly stated on their website (13m²), so there’s nothing to complain about. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the metro station with convenient connections to the airport train. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and making an effort to speak your language, even if just a few words. They are polite and always helpful. The breakfast for €15 is really, really good. A small suggestion: providing slippers in the room would be a nice touch. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had a very pleasant stay at Titanic Comfort Mitte. The room was comfortable and extremely clean, though slightly small with limited storage space (small wardrobe, no drawers, and narrow shelves). Breakfast was excellent — tasty, varied, and nourishing. The location is perfect, close to key attractions and very well connected by public transport. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!

I would like to share my positive experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. I would like to especially highlight Mr. Hasnoof Aslam, who went above and beyond by providing us with valuable information about the area and even loaning his mobile phone charger to my friend—such a thoughtful gesture! Additionally, the customer service team was excellent. Zunh, in particular, stood out as a lovely and helpful lady who ensured we had everything we needed. Vitalie and Maria also provided exceptional service, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

No water in the room I have to buy that from the counter I believe they should give one water complimentary otherwise everything great

I had an excellent experience at this hotel during my stay in Berlin. From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is fantastic, with easy access to major tourist attractions and public transportation. The room was always clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Berlin.

This is a beautiful hotel with a restaurant downstairs. It would send the lovely smell of fresh pastries around the building. It was in a great location and easy to grab the train in walking distance. There is also a paid ATM outside the building. The staff are friendly and spoke English.

The bathroom door was difficult to move as it would slide from its hinge. The blinds were broken which caused a lot of noise when the wind picked up. I wedged an old receipt underneath to keep it stable. I'm sure the hotel would have fixed this had I asked - I just didn't want to have to relocate to another room.

Location and the room was clean and tidy.

Hotel room too hot and air con doesn’t work during winter months. Slept with the window open every night because of the temperature of the room. Only toiletries in the room is shower gel and hand soap! No hot drink facilities in the room. Asked for iced water on our first night for the room so was given some ice and had to purchase 2 bottles of water at €7.00 each!! Due to these charges and a bottle of coke (330ml) costing €3.50 we never drank or ate in the hotel. The bar staff seemed very reluctant to provide us with ice for the room!!

It was clean, comfortable bed and AC working, also had a mini frigobar which was pretty useful to store some things for breakfast. They changed the towels and clean the room daily. The hotel is pretty well located, almost next to a metro station (spittelmarkt)

I didn't like the bathroom, although it was pretty clean and modern, the shower was a little complicated to use, in particular the shower door. And the bathroom's door itself, didn't close propertly so it was not very private
