Capri is easily accessible via bus 147 from Berlin main station. The nearest stop is just 150m from Capri. It is also walking distance to many places of interest. The room is clean and comfortable. You need to request for bathrobes and slippers as these are not in the room. Our unit has no washing machine/dryer but there is a WeWash washing machine and dryer on the 1st Flr which you need to pay to use. If you are going to the airport, you can take bus 148 ( bus stop is just 100m from Capri) to Alexanderplatz and then take the S bahn or DB rail to BER airport. Really convenient.

The room was clean and spacious, located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Conveniently close to the U-Bahn. Inside the room, it was very quiet — you won’t hear anything from the neighbors. Good black-out curtains.

We had a small issue with the climate control — even when set to cool, the room felt too warm on the first night. Once we turned it off, the temperature improved and was much more comfortable. There was also a ceiling stain from what looked like previous flooding. It wasn’t a major problem, but it did take away a bit from the otherwise great impression of the room. One more suggestion — a small shelf in the bathtub would be really helpful! I had to keep all my bath products on the floor, which wasn’t very convenient.

The room was clean, bright and spacious. The bed was very big and comfortable. It was super quiet. The toiletries were nice and with pleasant aroma.

The toilet bowl was too high for one of us (163cm high person) but it is not a deal breaker if you can use something to prop your legs up. While the whole room was very clean sometimes there was a slight unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sink. I think the pipes should be cleaned. There was a towel on the bathroom floor near the shower and we wondered why it is there but when we were taking a shower we found out that it was there to stop the water form reaching the rest of the bathroom. Not a deal breaker if you place it there and rinse it out after.

I have stayed at Capri several times and love the location. I can walk to most places I like to go (theaters and museums) within 20 minutes. I appreciate having a kitchenette and it is nice that there is an Edeka store nearby. Major buses stop right in front of the hotel. Also, kudos to the people, who staff the reception, who are so helpful. And Nicole (in the bar) is great.

Not a real complaint, but I miss the options there used to be for breakfast when the breakfast room was a restaurant open to the public. I loved (and miss) the Turkish breakfast options there used to be. That said, there were still plenty of good breakfast options. Also--it would be nice if the bar were open more hours, especially on the weekend.

The location is top! We came to Berlin for Christmas, and several fairs were just 10-15 minutes away from the hotel. There are indeed a lot of public transport options around that were bringing us to the city center. Our room windows were towards two gorgeous domes. We also liked the stylish lobby with a view on ancient stones.

The breakfast was ok but unvaried. Though, It seems to be enough for 2-3 days (we stayed for more than a week). There are not many food places around but the supermarket is across the road if you book a room with kitchenet and are willing to cook yourself.

Room vas spacious and very clean with everything needed eg. hairdryer, slippers etc. Breakfast needs more improvement, for someone staying longer ( we were there 7 nights) more variety especially with heated dishes is needed. Location is perfect for guest which would like to see amenities, museums etc.

Internet could be faster and “ business center” should be maintained. It is handy to have apple wireless keyboard but charging cable is necessary to have too. Not much help from keyboard which is not charged and cable is not there. There was comment about flooding bathroom because there is no barrier between shower entry and rest of the bathroom. Well, if you point rain shower high, no barrier could help

Ideal location short walk to many attractions and midway between two U-Bahn lines. Nice to be across the street from a grocery store. Property was modern and well-maintained. Decent little exercise room seemed like it was not used much. Having a washing machine in the room was really handy.

Room was a little hot despite the cool October weather. Desk manager told me the room thermostat did not actually change the room temp but they were willing to open our windows to get fresh air which solved the problem.

Wonderful breakfast with a great range of sweet and savoury food, including vegan choices. Helpful staff, especially in the dining room. Lovely decor throughout. Our room was spacious, smart, spotlessly clean and extremely comfy. Great location close to public transport – which is made even easier if you get the Berlin Welcome Card rather than having to buy a ticket each time you travel.

Some reception staff could do with looking up to smile when guests pass the desk. Plus the hotel website says that it's best to exit the U-Bahn U5 line at Alexanderplatz and then walk for ¼ hour – don't. Instead, exit the U5 at Museeinsel and walk for 5 minutes only. And it would have been good to have soya milk provided as well as oat milk. That's all!

Very spacious room with functional kitchen and comfy beds. The shower has good water pressure and hot water comes immediately. Products in bathroom are of good quality. The small studio had a couple of desks as well, which made working from the room very easy.

The twin beds were on wheels, so they did move a little bit if you moved too forcefully. The only real complaint is that the cleaning services come every three days, which you’re informed about at reception. Not a big deal, but good to know so you don7t throw your towels on the floor.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They received my packages on my behalf before my arrival, and the welcome was warm and super polite. We were able to check in a little earlier than expected. The location is in close proximity to the museum island, which was great for me. I could go to work and still have time to take the kids sightseeing in the evening, which was an added benefit. Additionally, the supermarket is conveniently close by for grocery shopping 😊

The cleaning staff need to be a little more attentive to how the rooms are cleaned. After cleaning, I still found crumbs on the floor.
