The location and property is very nice. The pool area was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Service at the pool bar was REALLY slow to non existent. Also the bar tender staff was reduced at 4:00pm just when things started to get busy. Very strange

Your location is great, easy access to a lot of great places . Food was great. The compound was clean safe and secure. Most of all your staff was exceptional courteous and always helpful .Sometimes they looked tired with large breakfast and dinner crowds but they kept their heads high and continued serving the guests with no complaints . Great job guys from the Chotoo family

It was a beautiful island right on the beach. The staff was very nice, kind, and helpful.

The room had a damp smell but the room was always clean.

The property was clean and all the amenities that we needed were there

We stayed in the third floor and it was difficult for my mother to climb the stairs every day. It would of been nice to know beforehand where the room was going to be so a ground floor room could be requested

Special mention to the swim up bartender Wilson, his service was excellent and was really good in telling us about Curacao. The resort in itself was beautiful, friendly staff, easy to check in, rooms was good

The long wait for dinner at the restaurants. I suggest you put in for your spot early. The portions were on the small side but taste was great

I had a 45 m open water swim every day in the clearest most beautiful water. The fitness center, while somewhat vintage, was perfectly well equipped. Food was plentiful and easy if not quite spectacular.

Sometimes it seemed like lines were too long or there wasn't enough room for things like dining, etc. Honestly, for the price point, I thought this was expected and totally fine, though some of my friends had higher expectations.

The hotel has too many impressive things that they doesn’t show in their photos like more than 5 restaurants, live shows, ping pong, games room, giant shuffleboard etc

Some of the rooms has some old things that doesn’t work, like some lamps

I loved the staff at the hotel. It was extremely kind, helpful, and entertaining. The staff at the reception was especially helpful (Charlie). The waiting staff at the beach grill was amazing where I had all my meals, even though the staff at other restaurants at the resort was also very kind and helpful. The beach was superb with turquoise waters, fine white sand, and kayaking, snorkeling, and paddle boarding available for free to guests. The food was a bit bland to my taste considering that it was in the Caribbean (would have preferred a bit spicy options) but perhaps they were catering more to Dutch tourists. The entertainment team was amazing, the energy of the young people that they put in to entertain guests is just great.

I stayed in the Royal Tower on the east side of the resort in the room that was facing Mambo beach. The room was very noisy especially on Sundays and Wednesdays until 3 AM when there are huge parties on Cabana and Mambo beach. If you stay in a room that faces Mambo beach, be ready to stay awake until 3 AM. Ask for a room that does not face Mambo beach if you want to sleep at night. Unfortunately, the hotel did not fulfill my ask to stay in a quiet room, so this is the only negative.

The location was beautiful. The staff were the best people.

Room service can take a long time to answer 5 minutes sometimes. The food was lacking quality.
