A spacious room! With City View!

The Odour. There was a somewhat unpleasant smell at the Entrance of the Room. We got rid of it by spraying Desinfectant.

I liked the location. And everyone was friendly. The staff at the front desk was very easy to talk to and always helpful. It was easy to get by without having to exchange money into local currency. It was easy to get a taxi which was the best.

Breakfast needed more variety. The cleaning of the room was done a bit late, so that was a bit inconveniencing. The pool was a bit dirty even early morning, so did not get to enjoy that facility, which was disappointing.

Hotel is in a perfect location. A walk away from cafés, a convenient store, pharmacy, restaurants and taxis. Queen Emma Bridge is also right outside the hotel...where you can walk across to Punda City for shopping. Absolutely breathtaking view! Loved going for strolls into the city. Continental breakfast was also served on time every morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is generally quiet, however, guests can be heard very clearly in the hallway, coming in and out of their rooms. Felt disturbed at times. I would strongly advise placing carpets in the hallway and sound proofing the walls.

The location was very ideal as it's smack-dab in the city and extremely close to numerous attractions. Just to identify a few of the attractions: 1) The Queen Emma Bridge (floating bridge) is directly across from the hotel's entrance; 2) The Kula Hulanda Museum is a stones throw away (2mins walking distance); 3) Renaissance Mall; 4) Numerous store outlets on the other side of the Queen Emma Bridge. Other nearby places for food/dessert etc are: KFC, Subway, Pizza Hut, Baskin Robbins, a convenience store, a pharmacy and a few nearby restaurants eg. The Captain's Bar and GomezPlein (over the bridge).

The breakfast was the same every day. It would have been nice to have more options to choose from. Nevertheless, the breakfast served was great.

The location of Brion City Hotel is exceptional. The view of Queen Emma Bridge from our hotel room kept us excited and entertained daily. We were in Otrobanda and the walk to Punda across the bride into the main shopping area was easy and quite enjoyable. Very close proximity to restaurants!

The bathroom in our room had no door and was not sealed well, therefore, there was a mini-flood next to the toilet. The breakfast was okay, but very repetitive.

The purpose of my vacation was to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday... I never mentioned to the staff about my daughter's birthday but was pleasantly surprised when we entered the room it was decorated with balloons and a happy birthday card from the hotel ... that was amazing and made my daughter felt extra special ... the view from. Our room was magnificent .. directly in line with the beautiful Queen Emma's Bridge .. the overall presentation of the hotel was 10/10 for me.

Love the location...Ideally located close to shops, entertainment, and attractions . Daily breakfast, housekeeping , and towel change were highly appreciated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Best of all, enjoy our room with balcony. We were able to sit and enjoy the views of the plaza and the queen Emma bridge .

Unable to adjust the volume of the television .

The location was perfect. You can just go over the bridge (swinging old lady) to the other district called Punda. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast wasn't bad but I would want some more variety and more different fruits but overal good

The fact that I could stay in my room and see the bridge upon and close for boats ect, also for the confidence of having food places and a mall in such close proximity to the hotel. A very centralized and convenient location indeed🫶🏾

Not so much the property, but I didn’t enjoy the breakfast being basically the same items over and over every morning.

The hotel location is excellent,the staff was very helpful front desk Stephany and at the breakfast station Zuny was excellent,the entire staff was always willing to help.. The cleanliness of the environment was top rated. Would stay here again.
