This hotel is sure a great value for your money. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location in superb, right in the city center with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shops, sights etc. Sure a great option when visting Curacao. You can park at one of the public parking spaces in the downtown area or at the hotel parking lot.

Our room mentioned a kitchenette but we didn't have a stove. So you can't like cook a light meal or so. But you have a microwave at your disposal for warming up something.

The location, middle in the city with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.also the parking lot. You can park your car on the same level of your room for 10$/day.

We didn't like the view we got, looking at a dilapidated ugly building, and I ask when I booked if we coud get a nice room with a nice view! was a little bit disappointed, cause they could have told us that before we reached, that's why you have the option for writing a special request. The room was also smaller than we expected and with no sitting area. We asked for a room change, they told us that what we booked was a king room and all the king rooms are on that side.and now the hotel is also fully booked. If we knew that in advance we would have booked an other room.

The hotel was very centrally located between the Old Port District and many of the good restaurants along the shore. It was clean and very comfortable, and it had a parking lot attached to the hotel. The staff was very nice. And it was an excellent value for the money. Great base to explore Curacao from. I would definitely stay here again.

There really wasn't much of a view from the windows. But then again, I'm not there for the view from the hotel. I'm there because it's very clean, Central, a good deal, and it gave me a great base to explore the island. I would stay here again.

Great downtown location. You can easily walk to restaurants. The sea is on the other side of the street (although no longer accessible there because of the building being built Wifi worked well Parking is available inside the building The conditioner is really nice! Sound insulation was good; I hardly heard anything from outside Staff are very responsive to messaging

You can only get a sliver of a water view (because of the building being built across the street) The tv is affixed to the wall, so you can only watch it from the bed (and not the couch). It should be on a moveable track to allow it to pivot and be visible from everywhere in the room. The room.only has EU plugs, and they aren't well-located. If I had not brought an extension chord, it would have been a bigger issue.

Our 2 bedroom suite was great.

Location is central, but not very nice.

The room description on Booking.com said that the King room with a neighbourhood view had a ROBE, COFFEE MAKER and a TERRACE. It did NOT have my of these. The ocean view rooms had a terrace. So the description was incorrect for the neighbourhood room. I asked reception about the terrace and she said it was the footpath. It should be corrected.

Nice location, everything is nearby or by car 10-15min to Mambo beach. They have parking, but also around hotel there is spots where you can park for free.

A bit weird cleaning room times, we usually left in the morning around 8-9am and come back for short rest in late afternoon so sometimes they didn’t make up room till that time (4-5pm), but cleaning ladies where amazing, so friendly so we just asked them if it’s possjble to start cleaning ours earlier.

It is clean, comfortable, close to restaurants and commerce, has a nice parking (paid).

The room has refrigerator but it turns off if you remove the key card from its holder.

The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance; a small beach, restaurants, convenience stores, shops etc. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, housekeeping was done daily (fresh towels, coffee, linens). The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I entered and left feeling totally satisfied with what I paid for. Would definitely recommend there for others to stay.

I don't have any dislikes about City Suites.

- well-appointed rooms with a kitchenette - the location in Punda is terrific - the price was very reasonable - wifi works well - smart tv

- the online check-in system needs a bit of work (Mews). It's a global hospitality system and nothing in particular to do with the hotel, but it did seem to slow down the process. - no fitness center onsite
