Bed was hard King bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together Air conditioner did not heat so room was cold and the 1 blanket was not for a king bed

I loved the staff at the hotel. Sara at the front desk and the cleaning people were so sweet. The bkfst was very good for a free bkfst. Everything was clean and it’s a very nice place. Also the price was right. I didn’t go in the pool but it looked clean and nice to me.

Waiting for the hot water to come on in the shower but it did come on after a short while. the toilet was running. The security box didn’t work but they offered a key. I forgot to tell them about the toilet.

It was clean and the staff was always so attentive. They made our stay spectacular! Location was close enough to everything while still allowing you an oasis away from the parties. Loved having coffee and tea available all day. The pool was gorgeous! This will be my spot anytime I return to Medellin.

An elevator would be amazing but not the reason to say no to this amazing hotel.

Rooms were big and clean (cleaned daily), air conditioned and the pool area was great. Location was perfect - less than 5 minutes walk to restaurants/bars but far enough away to be quiet. Breakfast was good, varied daily with fruit, juice, coffee and eggs, bacon, sausage (arepas were amazing).

Shower took some time to get warm and wasn't always hot. Wi-fi was patchy, but good in the rooms at least. A little but noisy internally as the doors are quite thin.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was perfect for what we needed and the location is just far enough away from Provenza that you have a quiet hideaway to get good rest! The complimentary breakfast was so nice to take the stress out of going out and finding breakfast. We used the jacuzzi which was so nice to relax after so much walking. Everything about this stay was perfect for our stay in Medellin.

the personal is so nice the place is so clean

the food is good but the options are very bad they suro do buffet international travels not always like that cane o food they do eggs every day and is no more options eggs or eggs, ham, salchicas and cheese. also the place looks like a place they used to stay with a lady that are not the wife. necesitan identificar es un lugar para un rato romantico o un hotel familiar

The location was close to restaurants and shops, the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the open air respite area.

The bed was really hard and the walk was uphill, hard on our knees and hip. Showerhead needs to be secured to the ceiling. Walls are thin and we could hear everything.

Staff were over the mile to please us. Harold and Sofia were exceptionally wonderful. Breakfast was different every day. And there were coffee all the time which is important to me and my famiky: we are coffee addicted.

Pool was so cold.

Quiet location just minutes from a huge bunch of restaurants, friendly and helpful staff, open-air breakfast area, lots of greenery and a lovely swimming pool make this place special.

There were noisy moments, but nothing serious.

nice pool, small hotel so feels like home. the city of Medellin, even down town is soo Green… love it. The Indian manager was good BUT sly.. so watch your tuk shop bill at end .. you could be charged $50/60 more. Also .. like most Medellin hotels… you could be charged… again and again .. if have female company, even if have a double room..

ambience, location close to resturant .. new Mall … and incredibly Uber costs $1.5 to $2 most cases.
