Front desk people and employees in general are very friendly and welcoming.

The pillow and the bed weren't as nice and comfortable for being on the premium floor. They never came to clean our bedroom the last day. I had to call the front desk to ask for clean towels. The front desk lady offered to have someone come to take the trash away but it was late at night and we were tired. That was the last night at the hotel and it wasn't great. Also, I had to ask the maid to leave a bar of soap on the second day. There were three of us in the room. She saw the used one in the shower, very small already, that should've been an indication that we needed an "extra" soap. The fruit wasn't good at all, it was smushy and had a bad flavor for three days in a row. We were glad they had oranges, those were great.

The staff were amazing and extremely attentive. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the omelette station. The evening happy hour was a nice addition to our stay as well. While the property is dated it was very clean and well maintained. The lock on our door needed to be replaced on the second day and the maintenance worker came right away, it was fixed quickly. The front desk staff (Isabella) checked in daily via text message simply to check on our stay. This was a great way to communicate any questions or concerns. Isabella was wonderful and always kind and helpful!

My kids mentioned that the pool was salty tasting, and burned their eyes. Not sure if that’s normal or if the chemicals were off but it did prevent them from spending more time there.

Breakfast was good. Bacon was hard to find. They had it at the omelette station so if u weren’t getting an omelette you didn’t know they had it until you saw it on someone else's plate.

I paid $29 through Booking.Com for a 10:00am check in. Embassy Suites couldn’t see anything on their end. They wanted another $29 to allow early check in. We weren’t happy but we said yes. They then said they didn’t have any rooms ready and it was 3:00pm. BTW, they advised us not to use Booking.Com and call them direct next time. They offered us a bottled water for our inconvenience. Indifferent check in service at best. They almost seemed amused that we were unhappy and having to sit in the lobby after a four hour drive

Everybody was nice the property was clean, the breakfast was fresh and hot. The bar atmosphere was very pleasant. I would most definitely recommend this hotel .

During my stay the elevator was out of order and we had to walk up and down 10 flights of stairs, that’s not the hotel fault it was the guess 10 people can fit at a time it was 15 or more people trying to ride the elevator at one time which made the elevator stop working

This hotel was huge and really cool for my little boy and our 24 year old daughter. We walked in and he said whoa!!!! We enjoyrmed the pool for a few hours and it helped wear my son out. The breakfast is the best ive ever had, anywhere we have ever stayed. The bedriom was separate from tge livingroom/sitting area and that was great! Food and shopping was literally right out the back of the hotel! We will 100% stay here again.

Hotel was very beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very similar to if you stayed at a resort. There were several Breakfast options to choose from ranging from vegan to meat lovers. Cocktail bar is a genius idea along with being kid friendly. My family will definitely be staying again.

I didn't like paying for parking. I feel as though if you have paid for your stay, parking should be included especially with the hotel not being directly in the city. I know that is probably a rule of Hilton. At least make the parking between $3-5, instead of $12 a day.

The rooms were perfect for the 3 of us. The location is only about 15-20 minutes from the soccer complex. The breakfast was very good.

We were there for a soccer tournament and had to be at the first game at 8am. Weekend breakfast doesn't start until 7 so everyone had to grab breakfast and go. Breakfast needs to start at 6am on weekends too.

Breakfast was excellent. Had the made to order omelet which was perfectly cooked. The two ladies behind the counter were friendly and happy like they enjoyed being there. Nice to see THANK THEM again for us

Our suite bathtub, you need to replace the plate in tub half of it is gone. This isn’t something that should be overlooked in an Embassy Suites hotel. Room 811

This place was amazing from the time we walked through the doors! I was not expecting free snacks and drinks in the evening. When checked in the kindest lady at the desk helping us asked if our kids wanted to pick a toy from the toy chest. She explained everything to us very well. It was a great stay. We will come back there again.

The only thing I can think of is the carpet was ripped up pretty good in the middle of our room. Also the plumbing made a lot of noise when we or the room next to us turned there showers on or flushed the toilets. Other than that it was great!

good breakfast but I am lactose intolerant and would like more of those options or omelets without milk and oatmeal made without milk or lactose free milk. Check in took awhile as there were a lot of people checking in at the same time. Staff were pleasant.

We were sent an email about upgrades and we asked for an earlier check in time and an upgraded room ( we are Hilton Honors members) We received neither upgrade and at check in , we were given no options. We had friends that did check in earlier and they stated, the staff person gave them a lot of options (i.e. near elevator or not, higher or lower level rooms, view, etc)
