Beware of check in. At the regular check in, everything is normal until the part where they give you your keys. At that point, they send you across the room to another desk to get your keys (?!). At the second desk, very friendly staff begin to engage you in conversation...it isn't immediately apparent that this is the beginning of a time-share spiel. You can probably save 5 minutes and start with "Hi. I am not interested in time-share. Please just give me the keys".

The villa was a perfect size for our group of 5. It has a nice kitchen and the washer and dryer was so nice to have right in the villa. Great location that is close enough to the strip but still quiet. The outdoor hot tub was nice. We enjoyed the restaurant and the market. We were picked up twice by helpful staff on the golf cart to get a ride to the front.

There is not enough privacy in the master bath area. A curtain or sliding door would be nice to make the sink area more private. The shower leaks through the ceiling when the shower is on. The market was closed some nights before the posted hours. The time share pitch was awkward. I wasn’t interested in hearing more in a meeting.

It is a holiday resort, therefore rooms are spacious and with all ammenities required even for a longer stay. We stayed for two nights only as a break during our national parks tours of West Coast. There are several pools in the hotel, but rather small and not enough of them as for the hotel size. Parking is large with shades so cars are not overheated when one enters. Breakfast was ok, but the breakfast area waaaaay to small for number of guests.

Reception and guest relations staff are very pushy which spoils first impression. Location is rather far from the strip, and transport option in LV are not best. Walk to the strip is via rather uninviting neibourhood. More space at breakfast could improve its quality. As for vacation resorst, pool areas should be much bigger.

Too bad there is no food/drink service at the pools. It's a long walk from bldg 15 to the restaurant

Our apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. We loved the separate living area and the fact that we could enjoy time on the balcony after a long day visiting the strip. The pool areas at the complex were great, and there was even BBQ's available should you wish to use them. The location of the complex is perfect for anyone wanting to see Vegas without the hustle and bustle of staying on the strip itself.

It was a shame that we couldn't have made more use of the kitchen area during our stay, but as we didn't have a car then we were limited for options in terms of buying in groceries and drinks. We used the onsite mini-market a couple of times, but this was limited in choice and quite pricey. Luckily, half way through our stay we managed to find a local grocery store which was about a 10-15 minute walk away - La Favorita Market (573 E Twain Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) - which had an excellent choice of fresh fruit, bread, beers etc.

friendly receptionist (not the one I encountered later!), great pools, location next to the sphere is amazing

I’ve called reception on the day of check out at 9am to inquire if we could check out late. they confirmed that 11am was fine (instead of 10). when I went to the front desk to check out at 10:50am the receptionist was extremely rude. said that they would charge a full extra night next time, even after i explained that this was confirmed by their colleague. strange way of approaching guests, I felt very uncomfortable, it’s not the way you’d like to leave.

The rooms are relatively big with a kitchen and walking closet. If you are a big family or going to pre or after party its a perfect place. Parking is also FREE !

Its not right on the strip but its a 10 minutes walk to the strip.

I liked it all. Can't find fault with anything really. Check-in & out was seamless. Room was perfect for our family of 5. Beds were comfy, apartment was spotless. Onsite restaurant was good with plenty of options and reasonably priced. Market onsite was the same. Heated pool and jacuzzi in December was a bonus. Gym was adequate for a quick workout if required. Short 10 minute stroll to the centre of the strip. Staff we dealt with were all pleasant. Would definitely stay again if back in Vegas.

Nothing really. Perhaps the staff at check-in could have mentioned we had a $200 credit for food or to use in the market. Only got told this on our last day. Used it in the market to top up on small gifts and goodies.

Great location, walking distance to strip. Huge multi bedroom rooms, fully equipped with kitchen factories, multiple bathrooms and private laundry. Friendly staff, especially at restaurant, multiple pools and fitness centres plus activity centre which puts on regular activities. $30 daily credit towards breakfast allowed you to pick what you wanted and have it made to order and food was really good.

The resort is huge and if your room is at the rear of the property it takes about 5 minutes to walk to front although you can get a shuttle to and from your room. The listing says that there is a shuttle but it is only on-site, not off the property. If you pay the resort fee through booking.com, be careful that they don’t charge it again at check in as they did to us.

Staff friendly on arrival but you are sent to another desk for wristband room entry tags. Here you are given the hard sell of a talk the following day - for time share!!!! You are tempted with a couple of money / food ploys! We didn’t go. Room was on second floor. Big and spacious with two bedrooms/ bathrooms. There was remodelling of other blocks to the side of us. Floor in living/kitchen area wasn’t clean. Although bedrooms and bathrooms were. Good place to walk to the strip in Vegas. Near the Sphere. On check out explained about the floors needing a wash… receptionist not bothered, said that’s why rooms were being remodelled around us…. Noisy occupants above during our 4 night stay. If staying request a top floor room. Beds comfy and kitchen well equipped.

Noisy from upper floor residents. Hard floors hoovered by housekeeping but not washed. Couldn’t believe how filthy our socks quickly became when walking in the floors without shoes!
