I had great experience checking in, she struggled a little but was happy to help and offer assistance. Check out was a breeze. The breakfast was great, me and my sister had a great breakfast. Wished it lasted a little longer being the weekend and we wanted to sleep late.

I could have been a little cleaner. There were some basic damages to the door and the wall next to the door by my room. It was minor but little things like that can lead to bigger problems.

Free breakfast, free parking, even free laundry services. Most places want to add fees and charge you for everything. Not Springhill Suites. The rooms were also spacious and had that extra pull out couch plus the separate office area so the family could spread out.

We could hear the loud neighbors in the room next door playing music and blasting the TV. Walls are kind of thin.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different dietary preferences. Everything met my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had plenty of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and having shower supplies like shampoo, conditioner and body wash is an added bonus.Bathroom was well stocked

The breakfast was satisfactory. It would have been nice to see a non pork option for sausage or bacon.The cheese in the scrambled eggs was a nice touch. Would have like to see a fresh fruit option and bagel and cream cheese.

The breakfast was very good on Sunday, our first morning at the hotel. There were several guests there that morning, however the staff member kept the food stocked so everyone had enough to eat. Front desk staff were helpful, supplied toothbrushes for my teens who left theirs at home.

Unfortunately, the breakfast that was served on the next morning, Monday, was not good. There were a small amount of guests, but the breakfast selections were few and the food was not as good as the day before. The indoor pool was not available due to maintenance.

Breakfast was delicious, nice options there. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room was set up nice, and comfortable. Shop in the lobby was convenient for last minute items for the room. Free parking was a plus! Super easy to get to and from where we needed to go, and some of the food places in the area are EXCELLENT.

WAY too much chlorine in the pool/hot tub. It actually turned my fingernails blue, burned my eyes, and made me kinda sick. The lighting in the room wasn't all that great either, in the living space. We came for a cheerleading competition and I had to sit next to the window to do makeup to have enough light. There were a few stains that were still hard/crusty so they obviously hadn't been cleaned up.

Size of the room was nice. Breakfast hours were great. Bed was good but it needed new pillows.

I had to get my room key reset twice it didn't work when i got to the door. I had to ask for the shower head be replaced the old one was shooting water over the shower curtain and got all my towels wet. No clock on the night stand. No TV booklet (guide on TV but I'm not from there didn't know stations. Telephone in that room needs to be replaced and the little retainers that hold your sodas on the refrigerator door were missing, Three nights $630.00 I will have to do a better search next time.

Our stay was nice,very clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and most of all the staff were amazing, Ms Shirley and the new young lady didn’t catch customer service was outstanding and very welcoming my family and I will be back soon.

There is a larger breakfast area with plenty of options. The hotel is a little hard to see the entrance for the parking lot, as you need to drive through another hotel's lot to get to it, but there is plenty of parking at the hotel itself. Room was a great size, the living room area was great for us to be able to hang out in the evenings.

Just keep an eye out for the turn in or you may pass it! Hotel is great though, no complaints

Location was 25 mins away from the National Mall. It was clean and comfortable. I would've wanted more variety for meats for breakfast. It was safe and the front desk employees were friendly.

The pool looked small so we skipped it. Needed some meat variety at breakfast. The hall seemed warm but we made the room temperature cool. Our keys kept going out and had to be reset.
