Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Good location a close drive to the place I was going and walking distance from Logan's Roadhouse

Breakfast was poor compared to other similar hotels, specially the eggs and sausages were very soggy. Elevator is noisy, noisier than what I would consider normal. Made me a little nervous to use it

Easy access to The Grand Old Opry which is why we booked this hotel. We used the shuttle service ($10 return/person) to attend the The Grand Old Opry Christmas Show. Very convenient. Next day we used the shuttle service again to head downtown to experience Nashville in its finest. We enjoyed our stay as the rooms were a great size, suitably furnished, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and clean. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but service was great, the room was clean and the food well stocked.

Easy access to get to the mall & the Gaylord as well as close to the main highway. The staff was very nice & answered any questions we had or concerns. The beds were very comfortable which is hard to find in accommodations not your own home.

The breakfast was sufficient but needed more option on meat such as bacon. They also had jelly but no bread or biscuits to make toast. This if not really a complaint because the stay was enjoyable & our connecting rooms were clean.

The breakfast was bland and the selection was bad. Sausages two days in a row with scrambled eggs was disappointing. The shower/tub faucet was difficult to operate to get the water temperature right. This needs an upgrade.

Handicap room didn’t have a shower chair so I couldn’t shower. Asked for extra pillows because I can’t sleep laying down but they were never brought. Hotel could use some updates.

Only disappointment was that the indoor pool was not heated. The pool was one of the reasons we had chosen the Fairfield .

The bathroom could stand to be touched up/updated. But it was clean which is the most important thing! I do wish the towels for softer, however.

Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Always stocked, clean, and staff friendly.

Location involved using hotel transportation however it never came and we had to Uber which cost us more money as the hotel transportation was included but never came on multiple occasions.

The bedding was comfortable and facility was clean. Chris at the front desk was very nice and the people keeping up the breakfast did a great job ! Wish the indoor pool was heated .

the room was comfortable. the breakfast was varied and quite good. location was perfect.

having only one elevator to reach upper floors was not a good thing. parking was a bit limited. also, final bill was a bit higher than my booking said it would be. this usually never happens!
