Everything was good, spacious rooms, super clean, complete TV Channel, and cordial staff. Overall 10/10

When you walked in it was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel also offers a shuttle service into downtown, which is great, as parking and traffic can be a bear. The staff was fantastic at offering suggestions for places to see and eat. If you are going to the Grand Ole Opry, the price is right and it is close. There is a great place close by called the Music City Cafe, a must if you are staying here. A big shout out to the staff, everyone was fantastic! This will be our preferred Nashville stay from now on.

The only thing that would make this hotel better is a hot tub, but that is just my personal preference. Otherwise we loved everything about our stay!

I feel like the staff make the lobby engaging and comfortable. it wad decorated attractively for Christmas and it looked like you were going somewhere less anonymous. There is a nice work desk, at least in the room where we stayed and the beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast choices are more expansive than many motels.

The rooms are dark and need more lamps or other light, particularly when you have to do work there.

Location was great for us as our stay was all about Opryland and the Grand Ole Opry so we could walk there an back. Great choice at breakfast good hot coffee. Staff were lovely very helpful.

The shower....water pressure was great and the water was always hot but the head was stuck at an angle that meant I had to stand at the other end of the bath and there was no smaller detachable unit. From being in other hotels in USA I'm learning this is the norm but I don't personally don't like it. The bath is not deep enough to enjoy.

Our room was awesome we had a suite living room and bedroom and the bed was really soft and comfy our room was clean and we had plenty of space. Breakfast was good you can't beat a nice glass of oh and a waffle in the morning but my favorite part was how cozy the whole place was and they had it decorated for Christmas and it was just really amazing and staff was so very nice to us. I definitely will be back to this hotel.

There wasn't really nothing I did not like maybe it being a bit warmer in the hallway for my liking but that won't stop me from coming back

I Loved that I was able to use an HDMI to connect my game to the TV. I was very satisfied with the location of the hotel and the cleanliness! I also appreciated the Washer and Dryer. They worked just fine.

The woman at the counter wasn’t always present when I needed her. And unfortunately there was not a turkey sausage option. My family can not eat pork and we’re hoping to have another meat option. I was not happy that there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

Good location. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy (really good)! Also make your own waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt & juices, coffee. Room was adequate. Nice hot shower with excellent water pressure. Friendly staff 👏👏

Just finding that all hotels have very high beds which isn't good for elderly handicap people along with the toilet being about a foot off the ground. Need higher toilets & no fan in the bathroom which is causing the ceiling to peel.

I called the hotel to make sure I had a reservation because I was having trouble getting on my email to see the confirmation. The desk clerk said no. We called choice hotel number and they confirmed that I did have a reservation there. So we were spending some time thinking we didn’t have a room for the night. That was somewhat frustrating because the desk clerk did not check the list of reservations thoroughly.

Fantastic small hotel close to opry, very good staff, easy access to downtown Nashville. Large local shopping mall, grand ole opry and general Jackson showboat. Also places to eat and western music bars venues within walking distance. Parking outside the hotel and an easy drive from Nashville international airport . This is our second stay at this hotel.

I liked the room very much it was very open. Liked the open shower, the close up mirror for doing my make up, two shower heads and chair , the doorless closet, beautiful crown molding, pleasant blond haired young lady @the check out desk, Breakfast room. We liked the breakfast area, nice selection, salt & pepper shaker, waffles better than Waffle House🙂.little plant on each table, Hostess kept everything cleaned off, choice of pillows on bed,

Did not like carpet on the floor in the room it holds germs. It should be solid floor allowing it to be wiped up daily.
