I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to speak to anyone in the office not that anything was wrong but there wasn’t even a phone in the room in case we needed to. The floors in our room were not mopped recently because our feet were black within a couple minutes of walking on the floor but other than that we will definitely be back amazing room beautiful view convenience to the beach and shops COMFY BEDS! Acs all worked great cute vintage looking fridge microwave and coffee pot super cute :) didn’t like that our windows by the front door had cracks in the bottom of the windows but I felt safe so it’s ok.

Close to the beach with a little playground nearby for the kids.

Parking can be tight and it needs to be enforced more. People just going to the beach use the hotel to park. You have to call a number to check in and it took us several attempts before anyone answered the phone. The doors in the room could use an additional security lock. Door seemed to lock proper but would have felt better with a secondary lock of some sort. Also can get noisy and rowdy on weekends

The beds were excellent. All new appliances. Generous supply of towels. Location is also quiet. We have stayed there several times & liked it enough to come back each time. Never have experienced rowdy behavior or late night parties. On the beach.

There was only 1 chair in room. Would have liked a small table & 2 chairs, both for eating & playing games. Virtual checkin & out was a bit strange. Office was locked & unmanned. There was housekeeping & maintenance staff on site days.

The view was perfect! The staff was more than accommodating and so friendly! The room was just what we needed! We are already planning to stay again!

Parking was a bit of a hassle but with the help of staff everything worked out! The room that we stayed in was great, but the bathroom was a little outdated but everything still worked so no issues! I would like to suggest bringing your own broom to sweep up all the sand from the beach. I felt bad and tried to get up as much as I could without one!

everything about the property everything is nice. The beach is very close. You can go walking at night and it feel safe and I had the king studio and it’s very spacious for a studio

The mattress to the beds are comfortable. There was no issue. It’s just the beds make too much noise. You can’t sit down or get up without it squeaking very very loudly. It’s too loud.

Great location with sunrise facing views. Clean, comfortable and convenient for a spur of the moment trip. Weekend was loud at night but expected that with beach, vacation atmosphere. Took an extra blanket and ear plugs so comfy and slept well. Read other reviews regarding only one mirror and few towels. So would have to say really only issues. Hard to get ready with ladies and only one mirror.

Everything was brand new. Everything was really clean. We could walk right on to the beach from where we were. There was ample parking.

Since it was completely contactless it took a long time to get in touch with someone to be able to access our room. We found that texting the number worked better than calling it but it still took finding a housekeeper to get in touch with whoever was in charge with the checking in process.

I loved the location and the gorgeous ocean views. I loved the kerig coffee maker too. And the maintain guy was so friendly and helpful. I was very happy I was able to get a ground floor room too cuz my mom can't climb stairs.

I would have liked to have had an extra chair in the room and cable tv., but I still had a wonderful stay regardless.

Loved that it was basically right on the beach. I asked for a bottom floor because I had my dog with me and they completely accommodated that even though I arrived very late. The staff was EXCELLENT and extremely helpful and attentive! They came to me asking if I needed extra time to check out since I had arrived so late. LOVED the staff and the room was VERY clean. You literally walked to the end of the hotel and you were on the beach. It was LOVELY! Situated right next to a park with picnic tables and swings for the kids. Dogs were allowed on the beach since it was March, and the people on the beach were very lovely to my dog. It was a fast stay, but I would go back again in an instant!

Just to note, it's NOT a 4 or 5 star hotel, so it's not luxury if that is what you are looking for, however, each room had a coffee pot, microwave and fridge....it was basic, simple, clean and super friendly! The staff was definitely 5 star in service, helpfulness and attitude! Loved the staff!

There was Easy access to the beach right outside the hotel. It’s right on the water so beautiful views. I was so impressed with the cleanliness. I like the easy check process via app or text. I like that they have parking available and included with the price and always had good spots available, never full an unable to find parking.

It was over priced but I know that it based on the demand during the summer season. It was a steal for great quality and last minute booking.
