Directly across from the beach. Clean rooms. Bar in the lobby. 8 foot outdoor pool. Great staff from the owner to the housekeepers. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Our front desk clerk Katie was awesome and made my kiddos stay more enjoyable. Would recommend the Malibu sunset if going to the bar and don’t forget to tip the bartender. 🙂

Didn’t have a tub just a shower that was my fault for not looking at details better, but even with our toddler we managed. Was not aware of the $150.00 deposit upon check in. First we were told by the manager the machine would not accept our cash app card because it’s not a bank card but after asking her to try to run it through it accepted it. Not sure if she just didn’t want to take it or what was going on.

Beach front location, quiet area, cosy room and comfy bed.

Cleaning, exchanging towels and throwing away trash only happens when guests are in the room, otherwise it's not done and we had to go ask for fresh towels and waited whole day for trash to be taken away from outside of the room.

The ocean view was great, and the area of the beach was quiet and peaceful. Even though there is a road between the hotel and the beach, it is a short walk and there is very little car traffic. My room was quiet and my stay was relaxing. I didn’t hear any neighbors or street traffic, until someone close checked in with a baby. Every once and a while I would hear crying, but it was minimal. Most of the occupants seemed to be couples, and there were not many small children, which was nice. I got a GREAT last minute travel deal that made this a great value.

I was confused about the on-site “bar and bistro” as it didn’t seem open. There seemed to be a bar connected to the checkin counter, but it didn’t seem as if anyone was working. My shower never would get warmer than room temperature. I also would have liked clearer directions on trash disposal, especially since housekeeping is only after four days of stay.

It’s a reasonable hidden gem that we love to stay at every now and then!

This was our fifth time booking here never had an issue until now. Things were broken in the bathroom and shower head needed to be clean. Spider webs were in the corners of the bathroom. The air unit was noisy and sounds like a bunch of water was in it. We were there for 5 days and 4 nights with one set of towels. You have to get ice before the lobby closes.

The quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. The room was fairly large, the ocean view was amazing. The bed and sofa was comfortable. The balcony furniture was comfortable. I came as a solo trip for my birthday to relax and reset. I was able to leave the balcony door open day and night and listen to the ocean and just breath in the fresh air.

The room could have used a little more cleaning. There was light dirt and dust visible. There were also strands of hair around the room. I found a couple of strands of hair in the refrigerator, one on the bed cover, one in the toilet, and in the shower. There was also a lot of rust in the bathroom on some of the fixtures . The baseboards and the cabinet that his the refrigerator could use updating as well.

I loved how close it was to the beach, it wasn't a crowded beach either which was great. The room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet- I never heard any other guests while inside the room. My family liked that they sold ice cream in the lobby for only $2 each. That was great on a hot day! The staff was wonderful. The pool was big, clean, and had a bit of shade which we loved. The partial ocean view was even better than we expected.

That If you want breakfast you have to pay $7-$10. We were looking forward to hotel breakfast and wound up just getting some hot pockets and pop tarts, because it was cheaper. The elevator was a bit scary, but honestly what elevators aren't. The shower door and bathroom door is on a roller that came off a few times as we opened them, but we were able to catch them and put them back quickly.

The room and view was very nice. The bathroom looked updated and had a rainfall shower that was nice. Water pressure was awesome!!! I’m picky about water pressure so this was nice.

The room needed some TLC, the couch had a rip on one end, the mattress was well worn and was time for a change, I kept sliding toward the middle but it slept good for me, my husband woke up with backaches, the refrigerator leaked water from underneath, dresser/desk had pealing lamination on the side.

The location was great property was clean staff was polite

Over heard the front desk staff member complaining about my kids sitting on the couch and the pillows was out of order and talking like they are not going to get messed up if people sit there and people don’t talk sadly other then that everything was ok not sure if I’m going to book here again being that I dont feel my kids will be comfortable with the complaints from staff for being kids

The owners and management have put an extensive amount of work into this facility. They are doing an excellent job in the updating of this hotel. The location is great for someone who wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip but still be close enough to enjoy things offered in the area.

Although they have put extensive amounts of work in the facility, they still have more to do. Smell of hydraulic fluid near the elevator raises the largest concern for me.
