Affordable, clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Small clean pool.. Friendly, efficient, helpful, pleasant staff! Beach entrance is 8-10 feet from pool. Beach is mainly smooth, clean but you may want to wear sand socks if out early looking for seashells. Sea Dunes is a quaint, comfortable, clean, non modern , basic, friendly place to stay! My family will return for another stay! If you are looking for an expensive, modern, fancy, frilly place this is not your place.! If you want an quaint, affordable, clean, basic., spacious rooms with helpful staff then the Sea Dunes is for you! It is in walking distance to Family Kingdom, restraunts, shops, fishing pier, minigolf, & bars. Bonus if you have a 2nd or 3rd side kew room you get to see the beautiful pristine beach!! We had a enjoyable vacation!!

The air conditioner is cool & comfortable when you come in from outside. If you like to sleep ice cold like I do, a small fan will do the trick! Also, 2 or 3 more lounge chairs would be great! Side note if you have health issues, there is no elevation so you may want to request a first floor room! If you can walk up the steps, the view of the sunset/sunrise are breathtaking!

The “little” full kitchen in the room. The walk to the beach so easy. The parking access. Checking in was easy. Gave us our parking pass since we got there early. Called to tell us our room was ready. The pricing was great. The ease of getting to the room from the parking lot.

The covers on the bed, stained and filthy. We had to go buy blankets to replace the “comforter” for our stay. I wish they would have came in the room to sweep as the site did state daily housekeeping, was false. That was not followed through. They did charge a 50$ cleaning deposit, never heard a word on getting that back and we did not damage the room.

It was perfect for the price we paid. We were concerned by some of the reviews we seen about the area it was in but it was not a bad area at all. It was louder at night due to being right by the beach but it that’s normal for the summer and the beach! Though we didn’t get to go in the pool it looked awesome! Clean and crystal clear! It was right by the beach!

The air did not work as good as it should with it being so hot. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it wasn’t to big of a deal.

The property was on the beach. A near attraction for the family. Pool wasn’t crowded.

We had to buy extra pillows. Had to ask for more towel as the room only came with 2 for 5 people and no hand towels. Bought a coffee pot for the room as we couldn’t take it back with us and our room didn’t have one even though this picture showed one. Bought a broom to sweep daily as room service never came in the 4 nights we stayed.

The Staff Was Very Friendly And Helpful. I Loved That We Were Right At The Ocean and So Close To Everything. And How affordable It Was. I have Read So Many Comments Where People Were Putting This Place Down. Well Let Me Just Said, I Found None Of Those Remarks To Be True. We Will Stay Here Again When We Come Back In August.

I Didn't Find Anything To Not Like. I Have Only positive Things To Say About Sea Dunes Oceanfront. We Really Enjoyed Our Stay!! 😊

Don't want to go there would just be nip picking it was good price for the stay our family did if your not looking for something extravagant would like more of the essentials towels toilet paper brooms in each room along with outside chairs an better parking

This place is right on the beach, they have a pool. The beds were very comfortable, stove, microwave and fridge.the price was great and affordable.

It is a little dated on the outside. But don't let that scare you away. This was a clean place with great staff. Not the Hilton, but well worth the money for people with a budget.

The staff is absolutely amazing. We have made friends. I will continue to stay there. We will be calling after the first of the year to go ahead and reserve our room for may and September vacations. I will not stay anywhere else.

It just needs an ice machine.

-love the fact that’s it’s right there in the beach, convenient stores is right across the street , perfect spot -the front desk girl was very nice and supplied me with silverware , always had a smile when I came in

-they don’t supply ice buckets/ice machine, I had to buy a bag of ice from the office . maybe if they can supply ice cube trays that would be okay, since there was a full fridge in there . -the parking was a little tight towards the front/side. it was roomy towards the back, but then ur car wouldn’t be at eye sight

The staff are the same year after year and remember us when we visit.The rooms are always clean and well stocked with what we need, beds are comfy, there are no bugs, we"ve stayed here many times and never seen any. This is our favorite place to stay at Myrtle Beach. The location is great, walking distance to the amusement park, restaurants, shopping and the swash where you can find the best shark teeth.There is a pool and its always clean and open, easy beach access and an outdoor shower for cleaning the sand off. There's a lifegaurd stand just by the beach entrance from the hotel which is great for families with children.

I dont have any complaints with Sea Dunes, always true to what they advertise.
