I absolutely LOVED THE PROPERTY. The condo was beautiful, very spacious.

The ONLY thing I didn’t like about the stay , was I did have a quite a few unexpected friends to stop by. I didn’t want to make a big scene or give a bad review on the condo. Cause things do happen & everything is not going to be spotless clean & free from bugs. I enjoyed my stay other than the unexpected friends. Videos will be attached

Everything was great overall. Lots of space in the condo and not too far from the beach. The pool was great for kids and parents.

We did have roaches in our villa. We notified the front desk and they did give us $150 credit and had them come out and spray. Apparently these are common in these parts especially when it's raining but was just unexpected when we had roaches in our bed while trying to sleep

No need to charge parking fees for villas or at least reduce the price as $14.99 is somewhat ridiculous especially when no one is parking my car.🚘

The condo was very spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The ocean views was nice. The livingroom and both bedrooms had balconys. Everything was six minutes away, didn't have to drive far at all. The beach was very relaxing and quiet, wasn't packed at all.

The bathroom in the master room could've been nicer. There was hair in the bathroom and the tub looked dirty and old. Never could find the inside pool. I feel like we got one of the old outdated buildings. They did have spas but it was very over priced. I booked on the booking.com website, they gave me one price but was charged much more once we got there. Come to find out they charge you for parking each day, breakfast, and more. I probably wouldn't book here anymore.

I loved the view of the lake and the cleanliness of the property.

Living room TV would not work. Could not hook it up to the WiFi. The shower did not stay very hot for long. There were no hangers in the closets. I have no problem bringing my own but every condo I stayed at provided them (and paper towels). No dogs allowed:(

We first where in South Hampton didn’t like it so much was very out dated and broken locks on the door which caused me to bring it to the attention of the front desk we where accommodate and moved to Brighten which was well worth it and also given two day passes to breakfast for our troubles of having to relocate at 1am in the morning. Brighten was very clean and up to date and spacious it changed my mind on staying with them again and if I stay I will be requesting to stay in Brighten tower everything there felt safe and updated and clean unlike South Hampton.

The breakfast and the guess services was very helpful and good.

Love the location.

What I do not like is how the word play is listed on your booking as if you're getting a Condo only to wind up wity a single room, so I think I got double dipped as far as the room with Taxes, etc. However, the actual Condo my son paid for to upgrade us was amazing. Room 1405....Anyway, all in all it was okay but I do think I got charged a little more than I should have.

Location was perfect. There is a cobblestone walkway off the back patio that leads directly to the beach. About a 5 minute walk.

The fees were not as expected. Paid what was thought to be the total price online to book, was then charged an additional $60 for resort fees, parking, etc upon check in, and then an additional $53 at check out.

My family and I were really pleased with our stay in Richmond Park! The staff was friendly and prompt. Our comforter had a stain on it and I called the front desk and housekeeping brought a new one to our units in under 15 minutes! There were minor things with the cleaning of the room but I would definately visit again.

Housekeeping. Items were left in the medicine caabinet and the kitchen cabinet. The comforter had a nasty noticable stain on it in the masterbedroom.

As always the rooms were clean and very roomy and nicely furnished.

The female who checked me in had a problem with facial expressions. I don’t think she was very aware of it but it made me uncomfortable as she expressed her stress level with attitude. The male front desk staff was polite as always.
