Dissatisfied with the check in, I had called several times to see if we could get in before 4pm due to my child having medications that needed to be refrigerated and we had a 10+ hour drive in. Each time they assured me if we checked in we would be moved up in the list and they would get us in early. We arrived at noon were told we were on the list and they would call us when the room was ready. At 4pm we went back to the desk and were told our room still was not ready. The room was nice, clean, and close to a ton of activities and the beach. The pools were nice and plenty of room to save an area for family.

Our unit was a 2-bedroom/2-bath suite with full kitchen, living room, and dining area and included a washer & dryer. Ocean view from the living room and master bedroom was great. The kitchen was well-equipped. We were there in January, so hot tub was nice after a brisk walk on the beach which was immediately adjacent to the property. Location is excellent with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and bars nearby. Total price for 4 nights was $418 which we thought was an outstanding deal.

Only a couple of minor issues: Check-in and check-out was a little cumbersome - we had to travel to a separate building for that. The window in the second bedroom bordered a public walkway so had to keep curtains closed all the time and could not enjoy the view.

Decent view of the ocean. room was very clean Kitchen had everything we needed even a full size coffee maker which we don't always get. It was the off season so there was some work being done ie renovations but the noise was not bad.

the wifi and the cable were not great I think the cable was streaming and there were lags and buffering. the wifi i think was super restricted.

Proximity to the beach

The frequent calls from resort to purchase a timeshare. Also, the fact that we paid for oceanfront but got oceanview. We were told that possibly the next day oceanfront would be available but it required packing and repacking. At the checkin we explained the details of our booking but to no avail.

Sea Watch Resort is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The views are amazing and the staff is awesome!! We arrived around 11:30am after a straight drive down from Maryland. The receptionist was kind enough to ask housekeeping to get our room ready as we were going to wait around the property. The room was ready by 12:30! WOW!!!!! From check in to check out EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! My family had a blast and we are already booking for next year!

The only thing I didn’t like was unsupervised running around at night in the pool areas playing in the hot tubs. As an adult, I shouldn’t have to wait for kids to get out of the hot tub to relax! Their parents were to busy getting wasted by the pool bar. I feel like there needs to be more rules about parent supervision while I’m the pool areas. when a storm rolled in our 4th day there, I was in the hot tub for the first time since we checked in and a parent had the nerve to ask me to turn the bubbles off so her kids could swim. There was a pool right there but whatever keeps them from having to tell their kid “no”…. I told her NO, the hot tub isn’t a babysitter so she could get drunk!

The spacious room. I was able to see the beach from every angle. And I like the balconies on both sides of the room.

Our check out time was at 10am, would have preferred 11am or noon. Check in was 4pm. It is sad to spend so much per night and you literally have less than eight hours per night.

We liked the location, very nice kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room table, living room, balcony, fast and easy access to pools and beach, showers between beach and pools, wrist band keys, 20 minute parking for unloading and loading, fire pit, cleanliness and quality of room, friendly staff, clean grounds, several pools and hot tubs.

The bedroom was a little small with no counter space, bathroom had no counter space and few towel racks or hooks for hanging towels/clothes, received several calls to take tour, side ocean view instead of oceanfront.

Discount tickets to Wonder works and also the sky wheel provided upon arrival. Sat on the beach for hours walked to the pier. Me and my wife had adult drinks while the kids played away.

Tower 3 is where I stayed and I was hoping to see the sunrise but the north tower was in my way but I was able to see it the next day by getting to the beach which was quick because of the quick access from elevator and a short walk to the beach

The facility was comfortable and staff friendly.

The beda had hard mattresses. The showers had very little pressure and some fixtures were leaking water
