The breakfast was excellent. The menu change everyday and it was fully stocked with food. The indoor pool stay open until midnight. They had coffee and lemonade in the lobby. There was always somebody cleaning the place. The staff was very friendly and room was very spacious. It was only 10 minutes away from surf side beach and 25 minutes from Myrtle Beach . Walking distance to dollar tree, family dollar, Wendy's and cracker barrel. T

The only clean the room ever three days. I didn't mind but some other customers had an issues. You have to ask for clean towels.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, the breakfast was good, and the location was near major shopping centers. The food was decent, but being that most Americans today are health conscious, we'd like turkey sausage to replace pork.

The pillows looked fluffy but when we laid down, they were noticeably worn. The carpet was moldy, so a good steam cleaning would brighten and refresh the room. The noise coming from the ice machine and hallway was noticeably loud, so the rooms could use some insulation to drown out the noise. The internet service had a weak to moderate signal. The breakfast menu needs to offer fresh fruit, granola, nuts (walnuts), and oat meal. Staff were in the back office and it took a few minutes to check in and check out, so it is essential that they remain at the front desk to attend to guest needs.

Hotel was not what you expect from Radisson, defintely needs updates ( paint, clean carpet or replace it) front desk personnel not really friendly she was not happy to be at work. Breakfast was decent, more variety than most hotels. Would only stay at this location again if I had no other choice. Sorry but for the price and the reputation, of Radisson I just expected more.

The place was very clean, breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. Staff were very friendly.

Everything from the breakfast bar, the super friendly and accommodating staff, and the cleanliness of every area of this hotel would make me choose this and recommend this to anyone else. I lost my house and needed some place urgently, and they welcomed me and helped me in anyway they possibly could. I am forever. Thankful for their kindness and support during a very difficult time

The service was excellent and very friendly, room was bigger than expected and very comfortable and the breakfast was great!! Had everything you would have wanted to eat and more. We didn't use the pool but it looked really nice and was heated. That was a nice feature 👌

Just the carpet going out the elevator to the rooms, lot of stains and looked dirty. Buy that's about it.

The manager was so nice. My card was charged twice and he refunded it right away and when my door didn’t open he upgraded my room to a jacuzzi room. Very great service from him. The lady with curly hair not so much.

The staff was great, especially the front desk girl Ginna she was great, nice and friendly. Breakfast was great and everything was clean we really enjoyed our stay will definitely stay here again

First room had a smell. But I am VERY sensitive to smells/allergies. Next room was great. Beds were not as comfortable as I would like. But comfortable enough that I didnt hurt in the morning. Breakfast was better than I expected. Room had a nice living room/frig,coffee pot, sink, microwave area. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would def stay here again.

I usually prefer hotels without carpet when traveling(less issues with allergies/ smells) and beds just a little softer. But I didnt wake up with a back ache. So wasnt bad. Bathroom could use a little work. I thought there was a clothes line to dri clothes in the bathroom(the hardware was there for it but line wasnt) tile missing behind door and door made bathroom kinda awkward. But it was clean and that is most important.

Room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was well organized and clean.

Facilities were antiquated and in need of repairs. Elevator not inspected since 2022. Desk clerk was unpleasant.
