General condition was good. and folks were helpful.

carpeting in high traffic areas were a distraction to what I thought was a very clean facility. Staff need to be able to assist departing patrons air boarding passes. Shower surfaces tend to be slippery when wet Facility advertised free parking, but were charged $10/day

I saw there were mixed reviews but as it was close to my business destination I thought I'd give it a go. I think they've cleaned up since some of the previous reviews. This isn't a 5 start hotel but it eas very adequate. Having a mini suite with microwave, fridge and stove in the room is SUPER convenient. There were nice new wood type floors. Again, this isn't super fancy but it was nice. The bathrooms had slight makeovers, again not new and not fancy but it was clean. I did check my bed and found some hairs but hey, that could have just been from the cleaner. Make sure it stays clean and I'll be back.

Room was spacious and the kitchenette was very handy. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Staff were very helpful, parking was adequate. Good location for our business.

Breakfast was terrible, nothing to choose from on the food side, no half and half cream for coffee (Only high sugar creamers) Parking cost was excessive (I think it should be free).

Location was okay in regards to having a few number of bus lines nearby to the train station! Staff were great! Felt safe! We enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks while in NYC!

Breakfast was the same everyday “grab n go” so it became boring

I would definitely say that I liked "The manager" named Carlos, he was amazingly AWESOME as he showed great leadership with directing other staff members to make our stay wonderful within my family's 3-day stay especially regarding with caring for how my 15y/o disabled niece. ((Oh, Yess, he even sent me up ((2)) bags for my 52nd birthday/July 5th)) Moreover, Carlos treated my family life extended family that mattered to him 100%. Lastly, I would be remiss if I don't mention the LGA airport shuttle driver @Rose as she also went above and beyond to make our stay awesome as well.. She transported my family as needed.. #JustAwesomeBunchOfIndividuals :)) Smiles :)) Please, do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and employ many manyyy more "GREAT" managers AND supervisors like@Carlos.🗣((Thanks In Advance)) #Blessings, LATER!.!.!.!👋

The location is near La guardia airport which was our reason for staying here The lovely Filipina receptionist was really nice and accommodating - just didnt get the name but thanks to her Clean and good value for money Will stay here again for sure

The room was very clean.

The shower water was cold. The breakfast consisted mainly of processed objects, such as little muffins in a plastic bag, hot chocolate, oatmeal in a paper pouch, and sugary bars and light coffee.

Even though Booking.com cancelled my reservation for unknown reason, and the customer service staff was rude and unhelpful, the staff at Extended Stay went out of their way to find a room for us. My daughter was graduating from college and we didn't have any other options. I thank the manager profusely for his assistance on this special day.

Staff is very pleasant. Laundry room is very nice.

The paint in the bathtub and sink can make them appear dirty.

I needed the handicap room and it was available for me with plenty of space

the grab and go breakfast was gone before 9AM with no refills kids were hungry please provide better breakfast options if possible
