I liked everything at this hotel! Maybe because it's brand spanking new, but I am already making plans to go back. (I stayed in April 2024). I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in and got settled in my room.The rooms are super modern. Spacious enough.That shower is delightful. The beds and pillows are so comfortable I could sleep all day. That TV was a real entertainment system. The chairs have a Bentley logo on them, lol. Made me smile. The lighting system is quite efficient. Everything smelled so new and fresh. I loved it! 😍 I did not have the time to use any of the facilities, but I am sure everything was up to par. Some parts of the hotel, like conference rooms and what not, were still under construction/set-up, but I didn't mind. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking is easy and available . Overall, I just can't wait to go back!

It was clean and comfortable

No coffee in the rooms! Also the directions currently on their website are misleading as it is nowhere near the metro 7 line and requires a considerable 30 minute bus ride to get there from the last stop (Flushing).

I like the cleanliness of this modern hotel. The front desk at first they didn't helped me with my luggages because as a guest I think they misjudged how I looked like (I love to travel with my comfy clothes) and I have lots of luggages because I don't travel light :) . But in the end, the houskeeper Nicole was very detailed when it comes to cleaning my room. Joan the receptionist, was very helpful and accomodating, and their Manager Sayid was helpful too. Oh and their houseman was able to complete my requests. Thank you very much for such a lovely stay in your hotel. I would definitely come back! ¡Salud!

It's location, it's like a travelling to a street of China, very quiet and a bit odd and deserted. But it's a nice and quiet place.

Modern updated rooms/building. Staff was friendly. The value was exceptional. There was always parking. The laundromat was extremely convenient, modern, and clean. The lobby felt upscale and clean.

The rooms are definitely not soundproof like it says on the booking lol I wished there was some type of refrigerator or mini fridge for drinks in the room Room keys sometimes didn’t work Cleaning service reused old bedsheets and didn’t give more hand/bath towels after taking them one time These are all minor inconveniences but I thought they were worth mentioning

I stayed at this hotel with my son for two weeks, and we absolutely loved it! The rooms were spotless, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff was amazing—very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. Another big plus was the spacious parking area, which was very convenient for those with a car.

The only minor downsides were the lack of a full-length mirror in the room and the location, which can be challenging without a car. However, if you have a vehicle, it’s a fantastic place to stay!

The noise coming from the pipes every time someone would use the bathroom.

The complimentary parking was a huge selling point, and since I drove, I didn’t mind staying a little further out in Queens. When comparing parking fees at other hotels, staying here was a no brainer. The hotel was close to a shopping center, gas stations, and the highway. There was an onsite restaurant, and a connecting laundromat, which was able to wash, dry, and fold our clothes within 2 hrs of checkout. The staff was super pleasant, and accommodating.

You have to directly tell hotel staff if you want housekeeping in your room. It’s not automatic even when our housekeeper “signal” was lit on our door. So with the exception of one night, we were t able to get our room cleaned.

During my recent stay at Ly newyork hotel, I had the pleasure of interacting with some exceptional staff members who significantly enhanced my experience. Both managers Sid and Jannat exhibited a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. They were always visible and approachable, ensuring that all aspects of my stay were seamless. Their proactive approach to addressing any concerns or queries was commendable, reflecting their dedication to guest satisfaction.Preeti Valeria at the reception desk was incredibly efficient and friendly. She handled check-in swiftly and provided useful information about the hotel amenities and local area attractions. Her warm demeanor made me feel welcome right from the start. The hotel's cleanliness standards were impeccable. From the lobby to my room, everything was well-maintained and spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and I appreciated returning to a tidy room after a day of exploring.

Very comfortable bed with a surplus of plush pillows. An excellent shower with good water pressure! Decent sized smart TV. The staff were lovely and friendly and super helpful! The price is incredibly reasonable considering you get a whole lot less and spend a whole lot more at other venues.

Some wear and tear on the shower unit and sticky residue on the bedside cabinet. If I had to be picky the location was a small issue about 2 hours public transport to JFK airport and 1hr30 into Manhattan and beyond.
