We weren't there very long. Got in about 6 and left at 6. Only booked for convenience to airport.

I've stayed there quite a few times and it's been good. Baby across hall kept us up most of the night, but there wasn't much that could be done. That being said, maybe you should note on ROOM NOTES, young child in party may be noisy. Lastly, the room rate of $ 367 was way overpriced. I've stayed there quite a few times and like the hotel. If I'd know how often I would be traveling to Bayside, I would have joined some kind of club to get discounts. I must consider other arrangements for my next visit.

Every time I come to NYC I stay in Bayside due to my friends and family living in the neighborhood. It is convenient.

From May 23thru June 8, I stayed in Room 108 and it was good. However, from June 10 thru June 13, I was given Room 306 and it wasn’t good. There was no water pressure in the shower nor the sink faucet. The mini refrigerator also was cooling the 500ml water bottles we purchased. Little things that make a big difference and requires management’s attention.

The bed was quite comfortable, and the location of the hotel was ideal for my visit. I enjoyed the free on-site parking and the fact that breakfast was included. The room itself was clean and had good amount of space. It was nice of the front desk to provide free water bottles as well and have an ice making machine that was fully functional. The bathroom was a little small but clean and nice looking.

The parking is a little crammed with only one entrance/exit for the vehicles. My room had issues such as toilet not flushing well and AC making rattling noise but I escalated them to the front desk and they took care of it without issue.

This hotel was a perfect, reasonably priced, and well located stay for my family's trip to attend the U.S. Open for 2 nights (3 days). Though the hotel is small and not spotlessly clean we had a clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and there were numerous breakfast options that changed each day. We were about a 12 minute walk away from the Bayside train station that took us directly to the US Open gate in 10 minutes for a $5 fee one way compared to a $30+ rideshare. We also felt safe walking from the bus station to the hotel during the day and at night, as we did not see sketchy persons on the walk route. The area felt safe and there were plenty of places to eat or grab coffee. Overall a great hotel for a couple of nights at a very reasonable price compared to many others in the city that were very costly during the time of our popular event.

While not the most up-to-date, "fancy" (design wise) hotel, the hotel offered a clean and comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights.

For my purpose this location is perfect

I don’t like this room cleaning service every 3 days. It fits the hotel budget with cost reduction, but the service is compromised

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a quiet area and everything in the room was well stocked up (I.e hand soap, lotion, towels). The front desk person was really nice and the check in process was easy. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was really great.

The parking area was really small.

Location. I am a native to the Bayside area so I knew ahead of time where the hotel is located. It is in a very safe area of NY. It is right near the Cross Island Pkwy which gives you access to wherever you might be headed. It's also close to restaurants and bars on nearby Bell Blvd. Very accessible to public transportation. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. Parking on site.

I liked their attention to detail, and caring about me, and the fact that they didn't lie about their amenities. Very robust breakfast offerings, and a impressive restaurant connected right to the hotel.

The communication for the end of my stay could have been slightly better, I told them multiple times what had come up and then also had it put into writing, and still it seemed to come as a surprise to the front desk when I checked out they bounced back and were very nice allowing it to happen but they made it seem like it was a courtesy when, I had planned and gotten permission way ahead of time, and this slightly upset me, but the amazingness of the rest of the their services more than made of for it. just room for improvement.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating - Armando should be singled out because he was understanding, very helpful and very pleasant.

While I understand the costs have been reflexively increased because of the pandemic, the prices on the weekend are a bit excessive.

Great location. Free parking. Great restaurant adjacent to.hptel. staff very friendly. Good breakfast . Loved the coffee machine in the lobby. You could get capaccino, espresso, caffe latte, etc.
