I asked for a room on the top floor and away from the elevator and they gave us one. I also asked the staff for extra towels, which they provided. Besides that, they had a friendly attitude, which is always appreciated.

The breakfast was fine, buy there's always room for improvement. For example, they had omelette-like eggs, mixed with American cheese. I still ate it, because I like having an omelette for breakfast, but I would have preferred a choice of plain omelette without American cheese. Also, I had yogurt, but it had a lot of sugar. I would have preferred sugar-free, and even better, a sugar-free Greek yogurt.

The staff were friendly and very helpful..I think her name was Cindy..she checked us in and was able to awnser all my questions..breakfast was good. Very clean

I wanted to use the pool. It was very busy with a lot of kids. There should be an adult time slot. Even the jacuzzi was full of kids and the parents were just sitting around drinking..

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel...lots of options! Great coffee. The pool area is pretty awesome.

The last 2 times we've stayed here the mini fridges literally freeze all our food after only being in there barely a day. Also the hot tub has been down for maintenance reason.

The location was convenient to the places we intended to visit. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. They had a well stocked complimentary breakfast, served in a large, comfortable area.

Hot tub was out of order and pull out couch needed cleaning. Crumbs and debris present.

This hotel was way better than we expected! We went on a busy weekend and this was one of the cheaper options... Worth every penny. Staff was nice, pool/hot tub WORKED and was clean, along with the room.

The breakfast could have been better but then again it is included. We also had a problem with housekeepers coming in room with DND sign on and after one knock. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, very clean.

Was very disappointed that once again the HOT TUB was NOT working..it hasn't been working the last 3 times we've stayed there.its definitely 1 of the reasons we stay..we always looked forward to our time in the hot tub.so not sure if we'll stay again..

Clean and convenient with provided amenities. Coffee and hot water available 24hr. Cookie treat is a nice bonus.

Water pressure seems low and shower head does not have good spray pattern.

Friendly staff, especially Shawn. Good breakfast. Liked using the pool and hot tub.

The whole “comforter wrapped in a duvet” is absurd. All the hotels are doing it and it’s TOO HOT. We couldn’t sleep the first night. We had to ask for a plain old blanket which was perfect do the rest of our stay.

The usual Hampton Inn breakfast, not really to my taste. John, was fabulous so helpful

Not your fault but location didn't work. Wanted closer to Grand Valley University. Nothing nearby had my attention.
