I was amazed at the response that I had from Jen. I think this reservation was made and canceled two or three times and she had given me the best advice. She was absolutely amazing. Sadly I do not remember the name of the lady that greeted me when I got there, but she was also very helpful. We had a room that would sleep up to six but did not have adequate linen (for the hide a bed) or towels. And she was great at making sure that everything was taken care of. The breakfast was also good. I have dietary restrictions and was able to enjoy the oatmeal. But the waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy we're definitely enjoyed by the rest of our guests. This would be a great place to stay if you have a stop over in Grand rapids

We extended to 3 nights. Staff are excellent: they take care of things quickly. The size of the room is great. It is up to date/recently renovated, clean, and full featured. The grounds are attractive and our room surprisingly had a beautiful view. Breakfast is full of variety, served in a comfortable and attractive public area, and is fantastic! EV charger (Chargepoint) was installed the night before we left and should be functioning now.

I liked everything about this place. It was nice and clean. My room was a king with a couch. This room was bigger than my room at home! Breakfast was great also. There was a nice pool but I did not use it. I would definitely stay there again. Also, front desk employees were very nice and helpful.

I stayed here many years ago and since then the place has been renovated. The renovations are very nice. I like the special touches about the built-in night light in the bathroom and the lighting under the main door. Lobby and working area for computers was very nice.
