Great place. Rooms were nice with everything you could need and if you needed more of anything you just had to ask. Plenty of activities and movies each day to keep you entertained if you don't want to go out and explore. Grounds are well kept.

Pool was small and busy most of the time. They had an indoor and 2 out door pools. One was adult only but all felt small. Game room was updated during our stay went from quarters to cards and prices more than doubled for games. Including the pool table and air hockey, both now costs $4 per game. Mostly claw machines only a couple of actual games.

Absolutely beautiful night or day time. I've been here a couple times now and have always had a peaceful time. Great place to rest and ski. Location is quaint and beautiful. We love it here! Super clean. And everyday there is something fun to do at the resort. Never a dull moment. Great for couples and families. They made it extra special for us on our anniversary... We really appreciate it. We hope to come once a year from now on

The walls are a bit thin. You can hear your neighbors.The game room could use some more arcade games. But all in all, we have no complaints.

Well kept resort with clean comfortable and spacious apartments. Our 2 bedroom apartment was well decorated and furnished with enough crockery, cutlery and glassware for 8 people. The resort facilities were well maintained and clean, we were particularly happy with the indoor pool and hot tubs, though I can imagine it could get very crowded during peak seasons.

It is quite a drive from the nearest town but that means you are in the middle of some beautiful and peaceful mountains.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They knew the area and had great details on directions to different sites and restaurants.

There wasn’t enough lighting in the bathroom. In general the rooms could have been cleaner. The coffee pot needed a wipe down. The price of the rooms a keurig would have been appreciated. The baggie with the coffee filters was thoughtful. There weren’t any activities on our arrival day, Thursday. I booked this resort specifically so my mobility disabled mom would have fun. If you stay a full week there are activities. Not on Thursday. Or even Friday. Sweet treat was lackluster. Sugar cookies are dismal. I thought we’d have made your own sundae or brownies with whipped cream.

Pool, hot tub, room and kitchen/living room, washer, appliances and kitchen supplies. Easy access to main building and parking area, workout room, night sky view, friendly staff, prime location to area hotspots.

Toilet was plugged up because cleaning person put the previous person bar of soap into the toilet. Plunger was not available at the time. Maintenance came speedily yet he needed to get the snake tool. Im recommending that housekeeping staff gets a notice because maintenance said it happened the following day 2 times and it often happens. So check the toilts before using it!!!!

Loved the location. Rooms were spacious and had everything that you would need for your family. Plenty of kitchen space, items to cook with, etc. Restaurants were near by and there were activities within walking distance.

When you are sitting on the balcony, the air conditioner made so much noise you couldn't talk. It needs to be facing the building not the balcony.

The property had a lot of amenities. It has three pools, three hot tubs, movie theater, game room, tennis as well as outdoor spaces with grills.

The property offers no food (except for some ice cream novelties in the lobby). If bargain hotels can offer up a basic breakfast, why can’t Bentley Brook? The nearest restaurant is in neighboring towns, usually 15-20 minutes away.

little signage/confusing/far to get from building 27 to the main ticket area. i don't think there was a restaurant great quick weekend although if I didn't get in on sale (2 br suite for less than $300), I would not have gone

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Everything you would need was in the room.

I have stayed here many times and this was the first time I had a problem with the staff. Seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Every interaction with her was unpleasant. If you can’t provide good customer service then you are in the wrong job! Would have like to have used the pool and hot tub but way too busy with way too many kids!

I did not like that I got a parking sticker on my windshield even though I had a parking pass in my window. The pool on Saturday was also very dirty n when it was 10pm the staff that came in to clean were very rude!
